    • The present invention relates to a sealing member for a trocar which enables the insertion of surgical instruments having a variety of diameters, and to a multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery comprising the sealing member. The multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a plurality of ports for the insertion of surgical instruments; a sleeve which is coupled to the main body, and which has a through-hole through which the surgical instruments are to penetrate; and a plurality of sealing members coupled to the respective ports so as to seal the gaps formed between the surgical instruments inserted through the ports and the main body. Each sealing member comprises: a doughnut-shaped main body portion, the center of which has an opening; and a cover portion which is arranged on the main body portion so as to cover the opening of the main body portion, and which has an insertion hole smaller than the opening of the main body portion such that a surgical instrument can be inserted into the insertion hole. The insertion hole is formed in the center of the cover portion, and the center of the cover portion is recessed toward the inside of the opening. The cover portion is elastically deformed and the insertion hole is expanded such that the center of the cover portion can be further recessed toward the inside of the opening when the surgical instrument having a diameter larger than the diameter of the insertion hole is inserted into the insertion hole.

    • The present invention relates to a method for cutting a liquid crystal panel. The method for cutting a liquid crystal panel cuts the liquid crystal panel having an upper substrate and a lower substrate, and comprises: a step of forming a scribe line along a cut direction on the upper substrate and the lower substrate; and a step of applying external force from the outside of the scribe line in the direction of allowing the lower substrate to be bent toward the outer surface thereof, such that the upper substrate and the lower substrate are broken at the scribe line. The method of the present invention forms the scribe line on the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and applies external force in the direction of allowing the lower substrate to be bent toward the outer surface thereof, to break the upper substrate and the lower substrate, thereby preventing an orientation film existing in the viewing zone of the lower substrate from being damaged by the deformation of a spacer interposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate.
