    • The present invention relates to a sealing member for a trocar which enables the insertion of surgical instruments having a variety of diameters, and to a multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery comprising the sealing member. The multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a plurality of ports for the insertion of surgical instruments; a sleeve which is coupled to the main body, and which has a through-hole through which the surgical instruments are to penetrate; and a plurality of sealing members coupled to the respective ports so as to seal the gaps formed between the surgical instruments inserted through the ports and the main body. Each sealing member comprises: a doughnut-shaped main body portion, the center of which has an opening; and a cover portion which is arranged on the main body portion so as to cover the opening of the main body portion, and which has an insertion hole smaller than the opening of the main body portion such that a surgical instrument can be inserted into the insertion hole. The insertion hole is formed in the center of the cover portion, and the center of the cover portion is recessed toward the inside of the opening. The cover portion is elastically deformed and the insertion hole is expanded such that the center of the cover portion can be further recessed toward the inside of the opening when the surgical instrument having a diameter larger than the diameter of the insertion hole is inserted into the insertion hole.

    • The present invention provides a cylindrical surgical stent which is not contracted in an axial direction even during expansion. The invention comprises a ring-shaped stent ring having: a plurality of cells arranged by being spaced in a row in a circumferential direction; and a plurality of first links. The plurality of cells include first curved portions which are convex in a circumferential direction, second curved portions which are concave in a circumferential direction, third curved portions which are convex in an axial direction, and fourth curved portions which are concave in an axial direction. Said first curved portions are respectively connected with the third curved portions and the fourth curved portions, and said second curved portions are respectively connected with the third curved portions and the fourth curved portions. Said first links are formed from a plurality of links, which connect first curved portions and second curved portions of two adjacent cells among the plurality of cells, and have fifth curved portions that are convex in an axial direction. Spots at which the first curved portions and the second curved portions meet the plurality of first links are out of the central axes of the first curved portions and the second curved portions.
