摘要： A vehicle body tilting device for a railway vehicle includes a telescopic hydraulic actuator (A) interposed between a vehicle body (D) and a bogie (W). The device includes an actuator circuit (5) that drives the actuator (A), and a damping and locking circuit (13) that damps elongation/contraction of the hydraulic actuator (A) caused by an external force. The damping and locking circuit (13) includes a shutoff mechanism (17, 18, 19, 43) that shuts off a flow of working fluid accompanying the elongation/contraction of the hydraulic actuator (A). By selectively applying the actuator circuit (5) and the damping and locking circuit (13) and operating the shutoff mechanism (17, 18, 19, 43), the vehicle body tilting device functions as an actuator that tilts the vehicle body, a damper that absorbs vibration of and impacts to the vehicle body, and an inhibiting cylinder that prevents the vehicle body from tilting.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a lateral oscillation damper suitably used for rolling stock in which the mass of a body to be the damping side is extremely large. CONSTITUTION: Control dampers 3, 4 are constituted of unidirectional flow stroke sensing cylinders interposed between a truck 1 and a body 2, a damping force control circuit, and expanding side and pressing side unloading valves, and lateral oscillation detector 5 is installed at the body 2. The oscillating direction of the body 2 is judged by a computer 40 using body speed signals U1, U2 from the detector 5, and the expanding side and pressing side unloading valves are selectively changeover-controlled in reverse correspondence with the expanding-contracting action of the control dampers 3, 4. The generated damping force of the damping force control circuit is controlled by the computer 40 using damper displacement signals W1, W2 from the stroke sensing cylinders and damper speed signals V1, V2 computed from the damper displacement signals W1, W2 in addition to the body speed signals U1, U2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out fine control without any increase in the number of control stages for a coefficient of attenuation in a variable attenuation damper as a single body, in a roll damping system, in which a multistage throttle switching type variable attenuation damper is used, for a railway rolling stock. SOLUTION: Multistage throttle switching type variable attenuation dampers 3, 4 based on a high speed solenoid valve are paired with each other so as to be arranged between a carriage 1 and a rolling stock body 2, and according to the on/off operation of the high speed solenoid valve by means of a computer 40, combination of throttles in each of the variable attenuation dampers 3, 4 is selected, so that a coefficient of attenuation is controlled as a total, or control phases of the variable dampers 3, 4 are deflected from each other by means of the computer 40. At the same time, the coefficient of attenuation is subtracted while the coefficient of attenuation for either of the variable attenuation dampers 3, 4, which are controlled in the previous cycle, is maintained, and relative roll between the carriage 1 and the rolling stock body 2 is damped while the coefficient of attenuation for either of the variable attenuation dampers 3, 4 in the following cycle is controlled.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a roll damping damper suitable for the use in a rolling stock, in which the mass of the car body or an object on the damping side is huge. CONSTITUTION: A control damper 3 (4) is constituted of a stroke sensing cylinder of a unidirectional flow type, a damping force controlling circuit, and an unload valve for both expansion and contraction sides, all of which are interposed between a truck 1 and a car body 2. Moreover, the car body 2 is provided with a detector 5 for detecting the lateral deflection. By using car speed signals U1, U2 from the detector 5, the direction of the deflection is judged by a computer, and the unload valve for both expansion and contraction sides is selectively switched for control, inversely corresponding to the expanding/contracting action of the control damper 3 (4). By using displacement signals W1, W2 and damper speed signals V1, V2, which are figured out from W1, W2, together with the car speed signals U1, U2, the generated, damping force in a damping force controlling circuit is controlled by the computer.

SOLUTION: The body inclining device 4 of a railway rolling stock 1 is integrally furnished with a hydraulic cylinder 62, an accumulator 61, a hydraulic circuit 63, a hydraulic pump 63f, an electric motor 63g, etc. The hydraulic cylinder 62 is a double acting cylinder having a cylinder main body 62a free to introduce working oil to both end parts 62b, 62c and is devised to incline the body 3 by expansion. The hydraulic circuit 63 is devised to circulate the working oil between the hydraulic cylinder 62 and the accumulator 61. The hydraulic circuit 63 is furnished with a circulating pipe 63b to directly circulate the working oil between the both end parts 62b, 62c of the cylinder main body 62a. The circulating pipe 63b is provided with a circulating valve 63d free to open and close and an orifice 63e.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate influence from an outside temperature, and to automaticaly determine leak of a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: This leak inspecting device is composed of a CPU 11, a RAM 12, a ROM 13, an input and output part 14, a setter 15, a printer 16 and a display 17. Tire internal pressure of an inspected tire and an outside temperature input through the input and output part 14 are stored in a measured data storing part 121. A reference data is stored in a reference data storing part 123. The CPU 11 corrects the outside temperature corresponding to the internal pressure of the inspected tire to be specified, with a prescribed delay time, and the corrected data is stored in a corrected data storing part 122. The CPU 11 compares the data stored in the corrected data storing part 122 with the reference data stored in the reference data storing part 123, to determine the presence of the leak in the inspected tire, based on a result compared therein. The comparison hereinbefore is carried out using a linear functional approximate expression of varying curves of the tire internal pressure and the outside temperature.
