摘要： 73461-32 An air supplying apparatus for supplying a clean room with air having a conditioned cleanliness, temperature and/or humidity includes an air control unit for discharging the controlled air, and an air outlet duct connected to an air outlet of the air control unit so as to receive the air conditioned from the air control unit through an opening which opens in a direction different from the direction of flow of air through the air control unit. The air outlet duct is formed from one or more perforated sheets having a multiplicity of air outlet apertures. The cross-sectional area of the air passage formed in the air outlet duct preferably progressively decreases towards the downstream end of the duct. A joint duct, which guides air in a direction different from the directions of flow of air through the air control unit and through the air outlet duct, may be connected between the air control unit and the air outlet duct.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the welding efficiency and to reduce the cost by fitting chucking units provided with supporting pins to both ends of a member to be welded and arranging a power means to turn the chucking units supported by columns. CONSTITUTION:The chucking units 10 are constituted of fixed parts 11 which are fitted freely attachably and detachably to both edges in the longitudinal direction of the member 1 to be welded and the supporting pins 12. The chucking units 10 are fitted utilizing bolt holes for field joints of the member 1 to be welded and the supporting pins 12 are mounted on the columns 20 having bearings and support both ends of the member 1 to be welded. Next, the member 1 is turned via engagement parts 13 of the supporting pins 12 and shaft couplings 32 with the power means 30 such as an electric motor, etc., as the driving power. In this way, the chuckings become simple and accurate and the interferences between the units 10 and weld zones are prevented. Accordingly, the welding efficiency is improved and the manufacturing cost is also reduced.
