    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the joining work of a horizontal beam at a site and reduce transportation cost by assembling beforehand a bridge axial member and a frame member at a factory, joining a steel sheet pile at the site, and casting a cast-in-place concrete after inserting a PC steel material. SOLUTION: A steel panel 21, in which a bottom plate is composed of steel sheet piles 11 and a plurality of bridge axial members 14, in which H-section steels or CT-shape steels, as main beam members 13, are integrally joined together, are connected together, and a frame member 17, in which steel sheet piles 15 are made integral to side plate 16, are assembled and joined beforehand at a factory. And at the construction site, claws of steel sheet piles are integrally joined together and a PC steel material 18 is inserted into a hole of a web surface of the member 13 and side plate 16 and a horizontal beam 19 is precast, and thereafter a cast-in-place concrete 20 is placed. After the concrete 20 is cured, tension is imparted to the steel material 18 to ensure the rigidity in the direction normal to the bridge axis. As a result, manufacturing of horizontal beams and joining work at the site can be eliminated and steel sheet piles of required length only are transported and transportation cost can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an execution property by driving piles inserted in vertical legs and slant legs of a jacket construction into the water ground, and fitting insertion pipes provided on the legs of a bridge pier legs in the bridge support pipes formed by extending the vertical piles. SOLUTION: Vertical piles 14 and slant piles 15 are inserted into the vertical legs 11 and slant legs 12 of a jacket construction 16 to subsequently be driven in the water bottom ground 1 to constitute a jacket type foundation 10. In the next place, a pier 20 is secured on the pier support pipes 21 formed by extending the vertical piles 14 upward. In this case, steel insertion pipes 23 are set within the legs of the pier 20, and the legs of the pier 20 are fitted on the support pipe 21 via the insertion pipes 23, and then expansion mortar is filled within the space defined between the support pies 21 and the insertion pipes 23. Then, leakage prevention material is given in a connection between the vertical legs 11 and the insertion pipes 23 so as to prevent the support pipes 21 or the like from corroding. In this manner, lightweight can be achieved because of necessitating no footings, stability can also be improved, thereby shortening the construction period of time at great-water and deep water areas, or reducing the manufacturing costs thereof.
