摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the press workability, i.e., slidability and plating adhesion by specifying the content of Fe in a hot dip galvannealing layer and moreover specifying the area ratio of the recessed parts present in the surface to the whole surface of the plating layer and the non-sliding area ratio in the whole surface after sliding. SOLUTION: The content of Fe in a plating layer of a hot dip galvannealed steel sheet is controlled to, by weight, 8 to 13%, preferably, the content of Al is controlled to about 0.15 to 0.30%, moreover, the coating weight of the plating is controlled to about 20 to 60 g/m2. Further, the area ratio of recessed parts present in the surface of this plating layer is >=30%, preferably about 40 to 70% to the whole surface of the plating layer, and, in the case the plated steel sheet is brought to contact with a die, and sliding is executed, the ratio of the part which is not contacted with the die, i.e., non-sliding area ratio after the sliding is controlled to >=15%. The shape of the surface of this plating layer can be formed by treating the steel sheet before dipping in a low oxygen- high hydrogen atmosphere to prevent oxidation and furthermore making the impregnating temp. of the sheet into the plating bath higher than the bath temp. by about +25 to 75 deg.C according to need.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a galvannealed steel sheet satisfying both a slidability and cratering resistance. SOLUTION: This galvannealed steel sheet is the one in which, on at least one side of a steel sheet, a plating layer of 20 to 90g/m coating weight having a compsn. contg., by mass, 0.1 to 0.5% Al, 0.07 to 0.25% Ni, 7.0 to 13.0% Fe, and the balance zinc is formed, a part of the surface of the plating layer is composed of ζ phases, the dimension of the crystals of the ζ phases is regulated to 1 to 10μm, and the surface coating ratio of the ζ phases is regulated to 1 to 40%. Furthermore, as for the method for producing this plated steel sheet, a steel sheet is immersed in a galvanizing bath of 450 to 480 deg.C bath temp. contg. 0.1 to 0.2% Al, 0.04 to 0.20% Ni, and the balance zinc and is galvanized, after that, its temp. is raised at 10 to 20 deg.C/s, and it is held under heating in the range of 440 to 600 deg.C and is then subjected to alloying treatment under the heat pattern condition of reducing the temp. at >=20 deg.C/s.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength galvanized steel sheet which has excellent deep drawability, secondary working brittleness resistance and plating characteristics, and further has a tensile strength of about >=400 MPa. SOLUTION: A steel slab having a composition containing, by mass, 0.0005 to 0.008% C, 0.1 to 1.5% Si, 0.5 to 3.0% Mn, 0.02 to 0.2% P, =10 min as black film scale is adhered thereto. The steel is pickled and is subjected to cold rolling at a draft of 50 to 95%. Thereafter, the steel sheet is subjected to recrystallization annealing at a temp. of 700 to 950 deg.C and is subjected to galvanizing in continuous galvanizing equipment.
