摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a product at a low cost by simplifying necessary machining for finishing when applying a hot static pressure junction method, especially a method for producing a fusion reactor first wall easily at a low cost by using the hot static pressure junction method. SOLUTION: Both junction surfaces of material for contacting are contacted and the sides of the contacted junction materials 1, 22, 4 and 21 are surrounded with thin canning members 75, 76, 77 and 78 via contact prevention members 71, 72, 73 and 74. The canning members are seal-welded for sealing so that pressure medium does not invade into the junction surface. By adding static pressure via the pressure medium under a heating condition, the junction materials are diffusion-bonded and the canning members are removed to produce the product.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently construct a slit for mitigating electromagnetic force and thermal stress to a shielding blanket at low cost and without biting a cutting blade, prevent a slit tip end from crack occurrence and sufficiently mitigate the thermal stress of the first wall for ensuring intactness. SOLUTION: At the boundary position between dispersion strengthened copper and SUS of the first wall, round holes are drilled vertically from the upper surface to the lower surface with a constant interval horizontally. Then, vertical slits are machined with a constant interval horizontally by water-jet in the first wall remaining a middle high part so that the vertical round holes and the tip end coincide. Next, unpenetrated round holes are vertically drilled with a constant interval in horizontal direction from the upper surface and the lower surface of the shielding body. Then, vertical slits are machined with a nearly constant interval horizontally by water-jet in the shield body except the shielding body rear part and a shielding body middle high part so that the vertical round holes and the tip end coincide.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the gas efficiency of a neutralized cell by using a unit neutralized cell assembly having a cross sectional area corresponding to the unit electrode area of an ion source for the neutralized cell. CONSTITUTION:A unit neutralized cell 20 is installed at the position corresponding to the unit electrode of a negative ion source, and eight unit neutralized cells 20 are collected to constitute a neutralized cell 1. The cell 20 has a cross sectional area a2 somewhat larger than the area a1 of the unit electrode in view of the region for beam divergence and plasma confinement. The gas efficiency is sharply improved when multiple cells each having a small cross sectional area are collected to provide the same cross sectional area in total, thus the gas efficiency is improved even when the cross sectional area 8a2 of the cell 1 constituted of eight unit neutralized cells 20 is made equal to the cross sectional area A1 of one neutralized cell. The void area of an electrode section can be omitted, thus the area 8a2 can be made smaller than the area A1, and the gas efficiency is further improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a neutral-particle impingement apparatus in which it is not required to replace a radiated component with an unradiated component and which reduces costs required for a maintenance operation by a method wherein a specific neutron shielding body is installed between a magnetic sheild and a vacuum container. SOLUTION: A neutralization cell 103, a beam damp 104, vacuum containers 113, 114 and a cryopump 106 are made of a low-activation material such as an aluminum alloy or the like. In addition, a neutron shielding body 121 which is constituted of polyethylene or of a polyethylene compound is installed between the vacuum containers 113, 114 and a magnetic shield 107. It is possible to prevent the magnetic shield 107 from being activated by the neutron shielding body 121, it is possible to reduce a dose equivalent rate inside a neutral-particle impingement apparatus, and a direct operation by a human being can be performed. Thereby, in every maintenance operation, it is not required to replace all radiated components with unradiated components so as to reduce the dose equivalent rate inside the neutral-particle impingement apparatus, individual components can be replaced individually, and the costs of the maintenance operation can be reduced.
