摘要： PURPOSE:To set the particle size distribution of the powder obtained by grinding a raw material to a desired mode by providing a circular arc outer peripheral surface to a roller along the rotary axial direction thereof and forming an annular recessed groove to a table liner and providing an annular protruding part protruding inwardly in the radius direction. CONSTITUTION:A raw material is moved outwardly in the radius direction of a table 13 by the centrifugal force generated with the rotary driving of the table 13 to be bitten between a roller 16 and a table liner 13a. The bitten raw material is ground by the pressing force of the roller 16 to the table liner 13a in the first grinding region D1. The raw material of the grinding process in the first grinding region D1 is further moved outwardly in the radius direction by centrifugal force and further ground in the second grinding region D2. The raw material of the grinding process in the second grinding region D2 is further finely ground by the frictional grinding based on the relative speed of the table liner 13a and the roller 16. Therefore, grinding efficiency is markedly enhanced and sufficient fine grinding is obtained.

A hot air generating furnace 44 supplies the hot gas into the casing 32. Further, an adhered moisture control means consisting of an adhered moisture detecting means 57, hot gas flow rate control means 49, 52, 53, 58, 59 or the like controls the adhered moisture of the powder discharged from the mill means 31 in such a manner that the content thereof is within a range of 0.5 to 5%. Consequently, the constitution is simplified and the polarization efficiency is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve pulverizing efficiency with a single vertical type roller mill by specifying the pressing force between a table for crushing and pulverizing the materials to be crushed and rollers. CONSTITUTION: The materials to be crushed, such as cement raw materials, supplied into an inlet chute 17 fall from the lower part thereof to the central part of the table 3 and are meshed between the table 3 and the rollers 6, by which the materials to be crushed are crushed and pulverized. Nearly the entire amt. of the pulverized materials move outward in the radial direction of the table 3 and fall onto a lower endless annular receiving table 19. The materials are moved circumferentially by a scraper 20 fixed to the table 3 and are supplied from a discharge hole 21 through an outlet chute 22 to a tube mill 23 of a rear stage. In such pulverizing stage, the average surface pressure of the pressing force of the rollers 6 to the table 3 viewed in the projection area to the table plane parallel with the rotating axial line of the rollers 6 is selected at 8 to 12 kg/cm .
