A hot gas supplying means 38 supplies hot gas to the clearance between the outer peripheral surface of the table 33 and the inner peripheral surface of the casing 32 or a nozzle 36 to pneumatically transport at least a part of the powder pulverized by the vertical type mill 31 together with the hot gas. Further, the pneumatic classifying means 76 classifies the powder pneumatically transported together with the hot gas outward from the vertical type mill 31. Consequently, the materials to be crushed, such as cement raw materials, having the moisture adhered thereto may be surely pulverized with the simple and small constitution.

摘要： PURPOSE:To save energy, to improve pulverization efficiency and to obtain a cement having a grain size constitution over a wide range by combining a primary milling stage excellent in rough milling function and a secondary milling stage enhanced in pulverization efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A cement clinker is charged into a roller mill 10 from a raw material inlet 14 and milled, and 80% of the milled material is dropped through a gap between the inner side face of a case 18 and a turntable 11, discharged as the primary milled material B1 and changed into a bucket elevator 23. The primary milled material B1 is sent to a secondary milling stage and dropped into a separator 21 as the product A. The fine powder classified therein is discharged as a product A1 and discharged from an outlet 21a, and the remaining coarse powder is supplied to a tube mill 20 as a tertiary milled material B3. The quaternary milled material B4 milled in the mill is discharged from an outlet 20b and returned to the elevator 23. The fine powder C discharged through ducts 40, 41 and 42 is collected by a dust collector 24 as the milled product A2 which is mixed with the product A1 to constitute the end product A.

The stable operation of the pulverizing device under the optimum pulverization efficiency conditions is thus possible.

The material introduced from above along the rotary axis of a table 22 is subjected mainly to press crushing in a speed difference region 50 inside a position 49 in which the relative speed between the table liner 22a and the roller 25 becomes zero, i.e., the first crushing region Z1. The material is then milled in a speed difference region 51, i.e., the second crushing region Z2 set at 10-50% of the total crushing region. In this way, the crushing efficiency can be improved and the roller life can be prolonged.
