摘要： PURPOSE:To enable continuous removal of tartar without lowering suspension density of seed crystal, by passing a treating liquid from a crystallization tank through a liquid cyclone to separate the liquid into a tartar suspension and a chemically stable treated liquid an circulating the separated suspension liquid as a seed crystal to the crystallization tank. CONSTITUTION:A draft cylinder 5 having a length of 1/2-1/4 of the total length of a crystallization tank 2 is placed at the center of the tank and is provided with a means for generating a downward flow in the draft cylinder. A liquid such as grape juice or stock liquid of wine is introduced at a low temperature into the tank 2 from its bottom and a suspension of tartar is added to the liquid as a seed crystal suspension. The stock liquid in the tank is cooled from the outside of the tank, vertically reciprocated at a low speed through a gap between the draft cylinder and the tank wall and then circulated in the draft cylinder. Tartar in the stock liquid is crystallized during the circulation. The stock liquid is overflowed from the top of the tank, introduced into a liquid cyclone 3 and taken out of the cyclone from its top to obtain treated liquid free from tartar crystal. The liquid obtained from the bottom of the cyclone is returned to the crystallization tank 2.

摘要： A multi-cyclone (3) or the like type of separator is combined with a fast fall - slow rise circulation type crystallizer (2) in a manner which permits continous purification wherein a crystallizable substance is extracted by seeding the liquid and circulating the mixture in the crystallizer and any crystals which may overflow with the crystallizer effluent are removed by the cyclone arrangement. The system can be conditioned for batch processing wherein when the source fluid (1) is exhausted or limited in quantity, the content of the crystallizer can be drained and passed through the cyclone arrangement. Under these circumstances the crystal containing fraction which is released from the multi-cyclone separator is fed to a second separator (29) for separation into a clear liquid and a fraction which is concentrated in crystalline solid. The latter mentioned fraction is collected in vessels (25, 26) wherein a seeding suspension is prepared.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout for foaming beverage which can generate very small foam of the foaming beverage in a receiver by reliably generating a small auxiliary flow before generating the main flow at a desired speed. SOLUTION: This spout for the foaming beverage which is fitted to a metal vessel closed by a top plate having an unsealing part comprises a projecting bar 61 brought into contact with an outer surface of the top plate, a body 2 which covers and is fitted to the top plate, a main nozzle fitted to one side of the body in a diagonally protruded manner from the body at a matching position with the unsealing part, and an auxiliary nozzle 4 which is adjacent to the main nozzle, expanded parallel to the main nozzle, and fitted to the body. The main nozzle and the auxiliary nozzle are disposed on the center side of the body and on the outer circumferential side of the body, respectively, an introduction chamber 5 in which the area of an opening part is larger than the area of the unsealing part of the top plate is formed on an entrance of the main nozzle and the auxiliary nozzle, and the auxiliary nozzle has a first nozzle hole 42 having the large sectional area on the upstream side along the fluid flowing direction and a second nozzle hole 43 having the small sectional area on the downstream side.
