SOLUTION: The internal heat exchanging type distillation tower is constituted, in which the inside of a body barrel 1 has a structure wherein an inside pipe 4 is separated from an outside pipes of a single pipe or a plurality of pipes 25 by connecting the pipe 25 to the proper barrel 1 by both end pipe plates 3a and 3b. An operation temperature is varied by making an operating pressure different in the inside pipe 4 side and the outside pipe 5 side. Further, pipe walls of the single pipe or a plurality of pipes are made a heat transmitting surface, heat is transmitted from a high pressure side to a low pressure side, and thereby the high pressure side functions as a concentration part 4 and the low pressure side functions as a recovery part 5. In this case, an area 20 (a reflux liquid generating area) for generating the reflux liquid by condensing a rising vapor is provided above the concentration part 4, and the external flux is eliminated.
