Moreover, gas-like refrigerant passages 23a, 23b, and 23c, which leads to the space between the generator outside a rotor from each outlet of each torque tube 8a and 8b at the end 14 on driver side and the end 9 on the side opposite to the driver and the gas-like refrigerant passage of a radiation shield 7, are provided, respectively, piercing a cold rotor 5. A solenoid valve, which opens fully at current application and closes fully at current nonapplication, is provided at the outlet of each gaseous refrigerant path.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a shaft seal which has low loss and requires low amount of oil even in stationary state by arranging a seal ring in the axial direction through a gap into which high pressure fluid is supplied, onto the outer periphery of a rotary shaft, thus preventing the reduction of the shaft sealing function on the shaft revolving at a high peripheral speed. CONSTITUTION:In this shaft seal, the gap g in the center part of the gap between a seal ring 2 and a rotary shaft 1 is made smaller than the gap g between the contact surfaces of the divided parts of seal rings 21a-24a by setting the inner peripheral surfaces of the seal rings 21a-24a arranged on the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 1 of a rotary machine, and each gap is provided with difference. The difference of the gap is determined mainly from the temperature moment in the inside of the seal ring which is determined from the temperature gradient in the seal ring which is determined from the distribution of loss on the slidable surface and the flow rate of oil during the operation at a rated speed.

In addition, the amt. of the waste liquid to be generated in the regeneration stage is minimized.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the transmission of the torus vibration of a stator core to a stator frame, by making an elastic member get out of a core supporting position in the circumferential direction by 90/pole quantity degrees, and by fitting the elastic member on the stator frame. CONSTITUTION:A stator winding is fitted on the inner peripheral face of a cylindrical stator core 1, and inside the winding, a rotor 11 is rotatably arranged. As the result, an AC rotary electric machine suppressing the transmission of the torus vibration of the stator core to the stator frame can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:At the stator being provided with the magnetic flux shunt 8 on the axial directional end face of a stator core 5 to shunt leakage magnetic flux, the limiting ring 13 to intercept ventilation is provided on the output port side of a ventilating path adjoining to the magnetic flux shunt 8 to make cooling gas G2C to flow along the inside diametrical part 8a of the magnetic flux shunt 8. Accordingly heating of the magnetic flux shunt 8 can be prevented, and capacity of the machine can be magnified.
