CONSTITUTION: A container 1 made of a foamed synthetic resin is constituted of a container main body 2 and lid body 3 which is fitted on the opening of the container main body 2. Then, on the upper end surface of a side wall 4 of the container main body 2, a protruding part 5 for fitting, which faces upward, is provided extending to the total periphery, and on the bottom surface of the lid body 3, a recessed part 6 for fitting, which is fitted on the protruding part 5 for fitting, is provided. Also, a step part 11 is provided around the bottom surface of the container main body 2, and a step part 12 which corresponds with the step part 11 is provided around the upper surface of the lid body 3. Then, a groove part 8 is formed so as to go across the bottom surface 7 is formed at the central part of the bottom surface 7 of the container body 2. Then, the bottom surface 7 is formed into a tilted condition toward the groove part 8, and water being collected in the groove part 8 is drained from a drain hole 9.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an assembled container suitable for receiving vegetable products or the like whose demand largely varies due to fluctuation of prices. CONSTITUTION: Side walls 4, 5 of a plurality of container bodies 1, 2 made of expanded synthetic resin are joined to each other via a releasable joining means 6 to form an assembly 7 of the container bodies 1, 2, wherein entire openings 10, 11 of the container bodies 1, 2 on the assembly 7 are covered by a single lid 3 made of expanded synthetic resin and the lid 3 can be separated into a plurality of pieces to accommodate the respective container bodies 1, 2. Thus an assembled container, which is made of expanded synthetic resin, is excellent in thermal insulation, thereby preventing products from degrading in quality. In addition, when a demand is large, the assembly 7 is used as it is, while in case of a small demand, the assembly 7 is divided into a plurality of original container bodies 1, 2, whereby a range from small to large demand can be supported without replacing the products. Thus trouble for replacing can be eliminated, and also degradation in freshness due to replacement can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION: A fitting protuberance 4 provided on an upper end face of a side wall 3 of a container body 1 is joined to a fitting recess 8 provided on a lower surface of a cover body 2 by engaging a projected part 5 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting protuberance 4 as a main fastening part to a recessed part 19 formed in the fitting recess 8. On the other hand, on the inner peripheral surface, the fastening protuberance 4 and the fastening recess 8 are firmly fitted to each other by engaging a fastening projected part 10 formed in the fitting recess 8 to a fastening recessed part 6 formed on a vertical surface of the fitting protuberance 4 as an auxiliary fastening part. In this fitting structure, a vertical uncovering force Fs is large in comparison with a simple vertical fitting structure or a single-side fitting structure, and the cover body 2 is prevented from slipping off upward even when the outside of the cover body 2 is lifted. In addition, an oblique uncovering force F2 is also large, and an airtightness can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To respectively facilitate the opening/closing of a lid and the detaching of the lid from a container main body, and at the same time, simplify the structure, and facilitate the manufacture by a method wherein a notch part for connection and a protruding piece for connection are fitted under a condition wherein fitting protuberances are fitted in recessed parts, and the lid is rotatably and openably attached to the container main body. CONSTITUTION:The major part of a container is constituted of a container main body 1 and lid 2 made of an expanded synthetic resin. In this case, the container main body 1 is formed into a shape wherein the top is open, and at the same time, a lid plate 7 to close the opening is arranged on the lid 2. Also, on either one of the upper end of one side wall of the container main body 1 and one side end of the lid plate 7 corresponding with said upper end of one side wall, notch parts 4 for connection are formed, and protruding piece 8 for connection are formed on the other part respectively. In addition, rotatable protuberances 12 are formed on either one of both side internal surfaces of the notch part 4 for connection and both side external surfaces of the protruding piece 8 for connection, and recessed parts 13 are formed on the other parts respectively. Then, under a condition wherein the fitting protuberances 12 are fitted in the recessed parts 13, the notch parts 4 for connection and protruding pieces 8 for connection are fitted. By doing so, the lid 2 is rotatably and openably attached to the container main body 1.
