    • PURPOSE:To obtain a folding case made of foaming synthetic resin having side plates foldable relative to a bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:The folding case made of foaming synthetic resin is provided with a square bottom plate 11, a pair of side plates 14 formed on a pair of opposite sides 12 of the bottom plate 11 integrally therewith via depth set hinges 13 and in an upright position and adapted to fold over the upper surface of the bottom plate 11 on the depth set hinges 13 and a pair of side plates 17 formed on a pair of the other opposite sides 15 of the bottom plate 11 integrally therewith via V-shaped groove-like hinges 16 and in a horizontally opened condition and adapted to be reset in a standing position and folded over the lower surface of the bottom plate 11 on the V-shaped groove-like hinges 16. Since this permits the side plates 14 and 17 to be folded over the upper and lower surfaces of the bottom plate 11 in the transit and storage of such folding cases only, the occupying rate of a flat loading area is reduced and the breakage of the hinges 13 and 16 are prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent clogging and to prevent also damage in a draining member in the case of execution by sticking filters such as non-woven fabric, etc., on the upper part of the draining member having a water permeating section and a water holding section on the surface thereof, and spreading it on the foundation and laying earth thereon, and the like. CONSTITUTION:A large number of channels having U-shaped sections are provided to the surface side such as foamed styrene resin molding in proper thickness as a draining member 1 in parallel. After that, a large number of fine channels 5 crossing with only the bottom of one partition of adjacent partitions in the U-shaped channels are notched in parallel on the rear side of the draining member 1. The partition crossing with the fine channels 5 to line and an independent partition are formed, and for that purpose the draining member 1 has both water permeating section and water holding section. Then, square channels 6 formed by cutting among the fine channels 5 are crossed with them, and a large number of widening square channels 7 at right angles to the fine channels 5 are notched on the rear side. Successively, to prevent stopping-up, filters such as non-woven fabric, etc., are stuck on the surface of the draining member 1 to spread a large number of them on the foundation. Successively, concrete is placed on them, or filling, etc., are made.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an integral formation of a box body and a lid body by a method wherein side plates of the box body are planted on a periphery of a bottom side through a cut-in hinge part, and a lid plate is connected in a state that one side of the lid plate is opened in the horizontal direction on an upper side of the side plates of the box body through the cut-in hinge part. CONSTITUTION:A side plate 13 of a foamed synthetic resious box body 11 is planted on a periphery of a bottom plate through a cut-in hinge part 14, and a lid plate 12 is connected in a state that one side of the lid plate 12 is opened in the horizontal direction on an upper side of the side plate 13 through another cut-in hinge part 16. In the cut-in hinge part 14 of the box body 11, a cut 17 having a prescribed depth is formed on an extension of an inner surface of the side plate 13 inside the bottom plate 15, while in the cut-in hinge part 16 of the lid plate 12, a cut 18 having a prescribed depth is formed on an extension of an outer surface of the side plate 13 inside the lid plate 12. Thus, as the box body 11 and the lid plate 12 can be molded integrally, only one metal die will do, whereby working effiency is improved and the cost is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the cooling effect during storage or transport for a long period of time by forming openably/closably at least one air suction passage and pressure restoring passage respectively, which communicate the inside and outside of a container along the fitted surfaces between a protruding strap and a strap groove, between the container main body and a lid body. CONSTITUTION:A container containing vegetables and fruit is placed in a vacuum chamber, and a vacuum condition is provided. The peripheral wall 13 is expanded by suction force from the outside, and an air suction side protruding strap 18 gives elastic deformation to the outside by a working gap 19, and comes into contact with the outer wall of a strap groove 15, and forms an air suction gap 24, and opens an air suction passage 16. The inside and outside of the container communicate through the air suction passage 16, and the inside of the container is placed under a vacuum condition, and the moisture on the vegetables and fruit evaporates, and the vegetables and fruit are cooled by this evaporation latent heat. When cooling is completed, the inside of the vacuum chamber is returned to the atmospheric pressure. The peripheral wall 13 sinks by the pressing force from the outside, and the air suction passage 16 is closed. IN the meantime, a pressure restoring side protruding strap 20 forms a pressure restoring gap 28, and opens a pressure restoring passage 17, and the outside air flows in the container, and the pressure restoring passage 17 closed, and the inside of the container is shut off from the outside.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article, in which the boundary part between expanded parts can be clearly distinguished, by a method wherein beads different in kind are charged in the mold simultaneously or under the condition being staggered in their charging times and, after the control plates are retreated, the stocks different in kind are simultaneously expanded by heating so as to be integrally molded. CONSTITUTION:A metering hopper 4 for high expandable bead 6 is connected through a high expandable bead feed throat 2 to a high expandable bead charging part A and a hopper 5 for low expandable bead 7 is connected through a low expandable bead feed throat 3 to a low expandable bead charging part B in a mold 1. At boundary parts between the charging parts A and B, control plates 9 and 9', which control air flow, are provided movably back and forth with respect to the mold 1 by means of cylinders 10 and 10'. Under the condition that the control plates 9 and 9' are inserted in the boundary parts between the charging parts A and B, the predetermined amount of high expandable bead 6 is charged to the charging part A by blasting and, after that or simultaneously, low expandable bead 7 is charged to the charging part B by blasting. After that, the control plates 9 and 9' are retreated from the mold 1 and then the beads 6 and 7 are integrally and thermally expansion-molded. Thus, when low expandable part and high expandable part are distinguished by color, a molded article, surely sorted by color can be obtained.
