摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the strength by intergrating an outer cable and a concrete member at a plurality of positions on the way of the outer cable taking a space each other. CONSTITUTION:When an outer cable 1 and a concrete member 2 are integrated at a point A and a point B, the cable 1 is extended only between the A and B points by a crack 5. In this case, the strain of the cable 1 is larger than that in the case of extension of the cable 1 between both ends of the member, and hence the rigidity of the member becomes higher. Next in the integration method, deviators 7 provided on the floor board and the like are utilized. After introducing prestress, the integration is performed by filling packing material 8 such as mortar between the holes of the deviators 7 and the cable 1, or by friction between both. In addition, if necessary, a place except the deviators 7 is integrated, or the integration is performed by the use of a fixing device made of steel or concrete or bolts. Hereby, the rigidity of the member can be improved without making any waste.

By this method, since the ribs 7 in the longitudinal direction on both sides of a joined part are perfectly coupled with the disk 10, respectively, the rib part does not cause weakness of joining.

CONSTITUTION:The end of the horizontal beam 5 of a reinforcing bar cage 4 for following panels is forcibly narrowed by a restrictive part 6, e.g., steel wire, etc. The cage 4 is erected in a pit in such a way as to penetrate the narrowed portion of the beam 5 into the horizontal beams 3 of a preceding panel 1. The part 6 is then removed out to recover the beam 5 by elasticity to allow both the beams 3 and 5 to come near each other. Under the condition, concrete is placed into the pit to construct a following panel. An underground continuous wall having the preceding and following panels which are sufficiently connected with each other can thus be formed under the ground.

The energization hardening rope 1 thus strained is energized and heated by an energizing means 11, and the energization hardening rope 1 is thereby hardened so as to be transformed into carbon fiber reinforced plastics, so that the aforesaid plastics are firmly bonded on beam concrete 5. Therefore, a prestressed concrete member can thereby be efficiently manufactured.
