摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining body of a shield tunnel which can surely assemble segments by preventing occurrence of irregularity and deviation of a joining face between the segments when prestress is introduced in the circumferential direction of the tunnel. SOLUTION: A plurality of the segments 1 of an RC structure are mutually adjacently assembled on an inner circumference of the tunnel in the circumferential direction and axial direction. The prestress is introduced to join the adjacent segments 1 by PC tendons 2 in the circumferential direction of the tunnel. The adjacent segments 1 in the axial direction of the tunnel are joined by rock pins 3 comprising projection fittings 5 and recess fittings 6. In addition, an alignment mechanism 4 for preventing the irregularity and deviation of the joining face is incorporated in the joining face between the adjacent segments 1 and 1 in the circumferential direction of the tunnel. SOLUTION: The tension device is integrally coupled with: a wedge push-in device 11 contacted on an end face of a fixing member 4, and pushing in the wedge between the tendon 8 and the fixing member 4 inserting the tendon 8; a jack chair 21 for guiding the tendon 8 into a space in the shield tunnel, and transmitting reaction force of a tension jack 31 to the fixing member 4; and a tension jack 31 for introducing the tension force to the tendon 8. A groove for introducing the tendon is formed on these lower faces, and introduction of the tension force and push-in of the wedge are performed in the state that the tendon is stored in the groove. SOLUTION: As a shield is advanced, an inner form 5 is assembled in the form of a ring, a water-permeable bag 6 is placed, and concrete 7 is pressurized and placed in the bag 6 within a space surrounded by a press ring 4 installed on the working face side of the inner form 5, the inner form 5, an existing lined body 8, and natural ground, to form ring-shaped concrete lining 8 to provide a lined body. The bagged concrete is swollen throughout a predetermined range by pressurization, the concrete in the bag 6 is dewatered, and thus solid bagged concrete lining 8 is easily formed, whereby a highly accurate tunnel shell can be constructed in a short construction period at low cost.

A grout cap 60 can be fitted to the opening of the cylinder section 31 by screwing.

The fixture 15 is buried in the concrete wall 3 uniform in thickness in the circumferential direction, and fixed there, a jack is mounted in a cutout part provided on the outside of the wall, thereby performing introduction of tension and fixing of the tension material to the fixture.
