SOLUTION: This eco-friendly building is constructed from a low story part 2 for constructing the whole floors except for a first floor part as the basement floor, an intermediate story part 3 constructed on an upper story of the low story part 2, and an upper story part 4 constructed in a plurality of floors in the upper story of the intermediate story part 3. A part casting a deep shadow in a shadow regulating line, that is, the intermediate story part 3 of a part corresponding to the plurality of floors, is constructed as blow-by. A corner column 7A for supporting a floor slab 6 of the respective floors, is arranged on the outer periphery so as not to cut off the sunlight and wind, and also a radio wave.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the disadvantage that the dimensions (especially widths) of both a fireproof door and a fireproof shutter are limitd (about 5m-8m) because of the weight and the support part structure, and a large fireproof and smokeproof partition wall can not be constructed. SOLUTION: A fireproof sheet 1 which is taken out to a passage to partition the passage is of a multilayer structure comprising a surface sheet 1a and a back sheet 1b, and a shape memory alloy wire rod or a shape memory alloy plate which are elongated rectilinearly the moment the fireproof sheet 1 is taken out to the passage and reaches a fixed temperature to tense the surface sheet 1a and the back sheet 1b is buried in the surface sheet 1a and the back sheet 1b. The fireproof sheet 1 is provided with a fire escape port 11 constructed by forming plural longitudinal slits 11a on the surface sheet 1a and the back sheet 1b not to overlap each other.
