    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an openable door with smoke insulation performance, which ensures high smoke insulating performance by maintaining the sealing performance of a rubber packing with respect to the door, prevents exposure of the rubber packing even under normal conditions, i.e. when door main bodies are opened, exhibits good appearance, and protects the rubber packing from being excessively pressed at the time of rotation of the door main bodies.
      SOLUTION: The openable door is formed of the axially supported door main bodies 4a, 4b, and a door frame 3 enclosing the openable door main bodies 4a, 4b when closed. The door frame 3 has a frontage forming portion 3a extending in parallel with the door main bodies 4a, 4b in a closed position, and the frontage forming portion 3a has a protrusion 7 formed at a rear edge thereof in a manner extending an inner peripheral surface of the frontage forming portion 3a. The protrusion has a right-triangular cross section. Further the protrusion 7 has mounted thereon the rubber packing 9 which is formed of a rubber plate band, in a manner protruding from a corner of the protrusion 7. Thus the rubber packing abuts on the door main bodies 4a, 4b at a location of a face plate 10 inside the periphery of the door main bodies 4a, 4b when they are closed. Further an outer corner portion of each of the door main bodies 4a, 4b, closer to an axially supported location, has a tapered chamfer portion 11 by notching.

CONSTITUTION:In upper and lower window frames 1. U-shaped sectional external flanges 3 constituting glass fitting groove sections 2 are formed in a long size and internal flanges 4 in a short size. Glass 5 with wire nettings is fitted into the groove sections 2, tabular rigid non-combustible sealing materials 6 as backup materials are inserted among the glass 5 and the external flanges 3 as inserting materials, and soft non-combustible fillers 7 are inserted among the glass 5 and the internal flanges 4 as inserting materials. Approximately J-shaped sectional beads 8 are superposed on the internal flanges 4 and fixed by screws 9 while the external long sides 10 of the beads 8 are stacked on the internal flanges 4, and the beads 8 are inserted and fastened into the groove sections 2. Glass fitting grooves 12 are formed to left and right vertical window frames, and tabular rigid non-combustible sealing material 13 and soft non-combustible fillers 14 are put in as inserting materials, thus fixing the glass 5.

SOLUTION: A hinge door is opened/closed around the axis of a pivot hinge provided above and below a hanging end part 2. The surface of the end part 2 is curved following the curve whose curvature is gradually reduced from the point B on the surface located on the line passing through the center O of the axis of the pivot hinge and parallel to the surface of the hinged door to the point A of a closely attached part to an air-tight member 5 so that a finger is not caught between the end part 2 and a longitudinal frame 6. The distance L1 from the center O to the point A is larger than the distance L2 from the center O to the point B. When the door is closed, the point B passes the part closer to the center O than the air-tight member 5 forming an arc with its center at the point O and the radius L2, and the point A forms an arc with its center at the point O and the radius L1, and is intersected with the outer circumference of the air-tight member 5, and the air-tight member 5 is closely attached to the end part 2 only in the closed condition of the door to prevent the wear.
