摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the reduction of necessary surface area when a platform and a waste pit are installed by a method wherein the waste pit, reserving waste, is pro vided immediately below the platform, carrying waste thereinto, and waste charging doors for charging waste into the pit, are provided at the side of the platform. SOLUTION: An upper platform 30 is provided with a plurality of waste changing doors 31 at the side surface thereof and a waste pit 32 is formed immediately below the platform 30 while the waste pit 32 is communicated with the charging doors 31 through a waste chute 11, provided at the upper part of the side of the waste pit 32. When the waste charging door 31 is opened and the waste is charged into the waste chute 11 through the waste chute port 12 at the rear side of the door 31, the waste is dropped into the waste pit 32 immediately below the chute and a waste bag is broken naturally by a throw-down force due to the gravity of the waste, then, the waste is mixed and loosened while the waste bag is broken further by a waste supplying device more surely to charge a given amount of waste continuously into an incinerating furnace to incinerate the same. According to this method, a surface area necessary for the installation of the plant is reduced and facilities can be structured even in a narrow site.

A platform 30 communicates with a conveyance table 36 communicating with the surface of the earth through a gate shutter 35, and a tunnel 3 communicates with the installation chamber 27 for the non-combustible matter classifying machine 26 where there is installed a non-combustible matter conveyor 37 connected to the non-combustible matter classifying machine 26. The tunnel 3 is used as an ash discharge passage.

SOLUTION: The waste 15 is gasified in a fluidized-bed gasification furnace 1, the dust in the gas is melted in a melting furnace 5, and the formed molten slag 17 is formed into aggregate. In this method, the molten slag is solidified in the fluidizing medium of the gasification furnace, and the medium-mixed and solidified slag is calcined in a rotary kiln. Otherwise, the molten slag is solidified in the fine solidified slag generated when the waste molten slag is formed into aggregate, and the slag mixed with fine solidified slag is calcined in the rotary kiln. Alternately, the molten slag is allowed to flow in the kiln while keeping molten state, the fluidization medium or the fine solidified slag is blown against the molten slag along with a pressurized gas, the mixture is covered with molten slag and cooled, and the medium-mixed slag is calcined in the kiln.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable displacement of ground to be absorbed by storing a fluid expansion and contraction means in a plurality of laid casings, setting up an antenna on a reception trestle where upper edges of a supporting trestle are interlocked, and then controlling a fluid supply means based on a signal of a means for detecting displacement of the ground. CONSTITUTION:Bellows 2 are stored in a plurality of casings 1a-1b which are laid in ground and are expanded and contracted by an air compressor and an adjusting valve 7. A horizontal reception trestle 5 is interlocked to an upper-edge portion of an upper supporting trestle 3 of the bellows 2 through shoes and a spherical surface seat 4' and a plurality of antennas 6 are set up on the trestle 5. Also, a displacement meter in vertical and horizontal directions is laid within the ground. When the ground sinks or rises now, a control center opens an adjustment valve 7 according to a signal from the displacement meter in vertical direction and then automatically compensates the bellows 2. Also, when the ground is displaced slightly in horizontal direction, the supporting trestle 3 is slightly displaced or rotated for the shoes 4 and the spherical seat 4' and then performs compensation automatically. When the displacement of ground in horizontal direction is large, a casing 1 is raised and then the displacement is absorbed.
