    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light introducing/dispersing type photobioreactor, introducing an incident light into a deep part while diluting intensity thereof. SOLUTION: This light-introducing/dispersing type deep photobioreactor receiving light at the top surface 11 thereof, is obtained by installing a light dispersing element 1 made from a light transparent material in the photobioreactor 10 and having a narrow light receiving edge surface 2 making a contact with the top surface 11, a light dispersing surface 3 extending in the depth direction of the photobioreactor 10 for dispersing the light from the light receiving edge surface and a light releasing surface 4 for releasing the dispersed light to the inside of the photobioreactor 10. An inside part of the photobioreactor 10 making a contact with the light releasing surface 4 of the light dispersing element 1 is set as a reaction room 7. By releasing the light received at the narrow light receiving edge surface 2 of the light dispersing element 1, dispersed at the dispersing surface 3 and then through a wide light releasing surface 4, the light from the light receiving edge surface 2 is introduced to the deep part of the photobioreactor 10 while diluting the intensity thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board-shaped vessel for photosynthesis reaction able to be supported at various angles including the vertical. SOLUTION: A photosynthesis reaction vessel 2 is formed by tightly closing both the opening ends of a board-shaped tube 3 having transparent circumference walls with a pair of lids 5. Photosynthesis microorganisms and water are placed in the reaction vessel 2, and the microorganisms and water receive light through the circumference walls. The reaction vessel 2 is fixed on a supporting body W by a fixing means 6. Entrances 16a, 16b are formed on the lid 5, and they enable the exchanging of the water and/or the microorganisms in the reaction vessel 2. A heat transferable partition wall 25b setting apart the outer layer 23 at the atmospheric side from the inner layer 24 at the supporting body side is formed in the reaction vessel 2, and outer layer entrances 16a, 16b, 19a, 19b and inner layer entrances 40a, 40b each separately communicating with the outer layer 23 and with the inner layer 24 are formed on the lid 5. In either 23 (or 24) of the outer layer 23 and the inner layer 24, the photosynthesis microorganisms and water are placed, and a heating medium is introduced into the other layer 24 (or 23). Thus, the temperature of the water in the former layer 23 (or 24) is controlled. In the former layer 23 (or 24), a mixing means 9 is placed.
