    • The present invention provides a decontamination system that is capable of continuously inactivating small volumes of microbe- and/or virus-containing waste fluid by heating. The decontamination system 100 for microbe- and/or virus-containing waste fluid comprises: a waste fluid receiving tank 1; a boiler 20; a heat exchange device 10 that heats waste fluid supplied from the waste fluid receiving tank 1, by exchanging heat with the steam from the boiler 20; a waste fluid supply system opening/closing valve 5 and a pump 6 that supply waste fluid to the heat exchange device 10 from the waste fluid receiving tank 1; and a control device 90 that controls the waste fluid receiving tank 1, the boiler 20, the heat exchange device 10, the waste fluid supply system opening/closing valve 5, and the pump 6 and continuously inactivates the waste fluid. The heat exchange device 10 has: a heater 11 that has a coiled tube-type heat exchanger and heats the waste fluid to at least a prescribed first temperature by exchanging heat with the steam; and a holder 13 that has a coiled tube-type heat exchanger and holds the waste fluid that has been heated to at least the first temperature by the heater, at least the first temperature for a prescribed time period, while exchanging heat with the steam.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odorous gas treatment apparatus and an odorous gas treatment method for mixing dry air into gas to be treated according to the status of an adsorbent to prevent dew condensation and to constantly develop stable adsorbing performance, while allowing existing equipment to be used. SOLUTION: A pipe 6 is connected to a blower 7, and is connected to a pipe 2 before a deodorizing column 5. When a pressure difference of the deodorizing column 5 becomes large, a stop valve 17 opens, and the blower 7 can feed dry air into the gas to be treated flowing in the pipe 2. The gas to be treated introduced into the deodorizing column 5 is a mixture of gas containing odorous components flowing from an odorous gas generation source 3 and a large amount of moisture, and the dry gas from the blower 7, making the gas to be treated high in temperature and low in humidity.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a relative velocity between water to be treated and the surface of a filtration film, to prevent the accumulation of gel on the surface of the film, and to treat drainage over a long period of time by suspending plate-shaped filtration film units, immersing them in drainage, and oscillating them. SOLUTION: In a filtration module 1, filtration film units 1a in which flat filtration films 3 are set on both sides of a support plate 2 having a channel 4 for filtrate inside are arranged in parallel and fixed in a fixed frame 5. The module 1 is suspended from a filtration film support base 9, which is the lid of an aeration tank 6, through springs 10, and an oscillator 11 is installed on the upper surface of the fixed frame 5. Drainage containing activated sludge is circulated and supplied so that the filtration films 3 in the aeration tank 6 are immersed sufficiently, and air is ejected from a diffusion pipe. At the same time, when the module 1 is strongly oscillated vertically and water to be treated is sucked by a suction pump 14, it passes through the filtration films 3 and the channel 4 in sequence and is discharged outside. In this way, the accumulation of gel on the surface of the filtration films 3 can hardly occur.
