摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use this slide bearing for the sliding surface of a high compression surface by using the solid lubricant layer impregnated with fluorine. SOLUTION: A substrate layer 311 is formed on the surface of a lower bearing disc 3. The substrate layer 311 is taken as treating means for rust prevention, wear resistance, and adherence, such as a tufftride treatment or a manganese phosphate treatment. A fluorine-contained solid lubricant layer 313 is put on the surface of the substrate layer 311 for coating. The substrate layer 311 and fluorine-contained solid lubricant layer 313 form a lubrication part 31. The substrate layer 311 is formed by performing an ordinary tufftride treatment or a manganese phosphate treatment on the surface of the layer part bearing disc. In the mext place, resin liquid obtained by adding polyaramide resin and fluorine-contained oil in MOS2 , graphite, and PTEE to be dissolved in a solvent is sprayed for painting on the surface of the substrate layer 311 of the lower part bearing disc 3, thereby forming the fluorine-contained solid lubrication layer 313 through baking.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus which can simply measure displacement of vibration-isolated structure and facilitate maintenance and management, by always energizing a recording needle and making it abut against a recording plate. SOLUTION: A slot 2d opened in the direction vertical to the ground G is formed in a lower end portion 2c. A recording needle 3 is accommodated in the slot 2d, movably in the vertical direction, interposing a spring 2e. The recording needle 3 is always energized to the side of a recording plate 6 by the spring 2e. A fixing screw 4a fixes the lower end portion 2c for which interval adjustment is finished. A fixing screw 4b prevents deviation of the recording needle 3 before the recording needle 3 is set on a recording plate 6. After setting, the screw 4b is relieved or removed in order that the recording needle 3 may freely move. The recording plate 6 is installed between the recording needle 3 and the ground G, interposing a mount 5. Thereby the displacement of a vibration-isolated structure can be measured by a simple structure.
