    • PURPOSE:To simplify the setting of a heater pipe and the placing of reinforcing bars by setting each heater pipe unit into a reinforcement unit, furthermore mutually connecting each one of same pipe units to one another, and thereby setting the aforesaid unit into concrete in a floor board in a shape adjusted to the shape of a space where the unit is set, in an underground storing tank for LNG and the like. CONSTITUTION:In a floor board 4, reinforcing bars are composed of reinforcement units 5 through 7, and each reinforcement unit 5 through 7 is formed in such a way that reinforcing bars 9... as required are placed in a lattice shape at the upper and lower sides of a frame 8 composed of shape steels. Each heater pipe unit 10 is set in the frame 8 so as to be assembled into a shape such as a square, a trapezoid and the like adjusted to each place of the floor boards 4. Furthermore, each heater pipe unit 10 is made independent every reinforcement unit 5 though 7. In addition, an inlet and outlet for warm water and the like are provided for one place of each unit, so that joining places are thereby formed so as to be minimized in number after setting has been over.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of distorsional stress around the bottom plate of a tank and facilitate the construction of heat insulating material at the joint of the column lower end to the bottom plate by constraining only the vertical displacement of the lower end of the column provided between a roof and the tank bottom plate to support a roof, without constraining its horizontal displacement and rotation in relation to the bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:In the bottom plate 4 of a tank, U-shaped plates 11 are disposed on insulating material 6 in the lower end part position of columns 2 so as to form recessed parts 12. Each of these plates 11 is fixed to the bottom plate 4 by supporting blocks 13 interposed between the plate 11 and the bottom plate 4, and anchors 14 piercing the supporting blocks 13 so as to be buried into the bottom plate 4. The plate 11, that is, the bottom face of the recessed part 12, is larger than the cross section of the column 2 and has flat surface, so that the lower end of the column 2 disposed in contact with the bottom face in the recessed part 12 slides on the bottom face and can be displaced and rotated horizontally in relation to the bottom plate 4 while being held in the state of being constrained only in its vertical displacement.

    • PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of construction of an underground wall by a method in which the body wall of the structure is built to a given depth of the ground, and a cut-off wall with of a smaller thickness than the body wall is integraly constructed while being connected to the body wall to a given depth. CONSTITUTION:The ground between guide walls 6 is excavated, a piece 7 to control the width of excavation is hung down on the bottom, and the ground below the piece 7 is excavated to a given depth with a narrow width by a bit type excavator 8, etc. Concrete is then placed to construct a body wall 1 and a cut-off wall 2 integrally. Since the body wall and cut-off wall of the structure can be integrally and continuously constructed, the construction efficiency can be raised.
