    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined contaminated soil cleaning apparatus performing cleaning of the soil combined-contaminated by heavy metal, a volatile organic compound (VOC) such as a light oil having a low vaporization temperature, trichloroethylene and benzene, dioxin or the like.
      SOLUTION: The combined contaminated soil cleaning apparatus is constituted by a rotatable cylindrical heating stirring crushing part 7 for heating, stirring and crushing the combined contaminated soil (SAo); a classification part 10 for classifying the crushed soil by a particle diameter; a drying/sorting device 3 in which a heating device 5 for feeding hot air to the heating stirring crushing part and a fixing casing 12 covering the heating stirring crushing part and the classification part are integrally constituted; an air discharge device 42 for sucking dust in the fixing casing; a dust collection duct for discharging the dust in the fixing casing to the outside; a bag filter 40 communicating with the dust collection duct; and a washing device 25 for washing the soil, of the combined contaminate soil classified by the classification part, having a remaining contamination exceeding a reference value with water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remedial method for a soil atmosphere utilizing a tank which has been established, said method cleaning a large amount of soil quickly and a soil washing equipment. SOLUTION: The inner part of a tank 1 that has been established is divided into a soil washing tank 10, a water/pollutant separation tank 20, a cleaning agent injection water tank 30 and a muddy water treatment tank 40. The pollutant 4 in a contaminated soil 2 is transferred to a washing water 5 by throwing/stirring a fixed amount of contaminated soil 2 around the tank 1 and the washing water 5 of the injection water tank 30 to a washing tank 10. A pollutant-containing water 8 is caused to flow into the separation tank 20 if the soil is precipitated, and a pollutant-containing water 8 is caused to flow into the separation tank 20 after the muddy water 7 comprising the contaminated soil 2 and the washing water 5 is separated into mud 9 and the pollutant-containing water 8 by transferring the muddy water 7 to a treatment tank 40, if the soil is not precipitated. The pollutant-containing water 8 is separated into the pollutant 4 and the water 6 at the separation tank 20, and then the mud 9, the pollutant 4 and the water 6 are discharged outside the tank 1 to returned a precipitation soil 3 of the washing tank 10 to the tank surrounding. A cycle from charging to returning for the required surrounding contaminated soil 2 is repeated.
