摘要： A process for fabricating a columnar assembly of spaced reinforcing bars comprising the steps of suspending a first plurality of reinforcing bars in parallel, spaced relationship; positioning a first constraining hoop in a plane generally perpendicular to said first plurality of reinforcing bars and in contact therewith; attaching said first plurality of reinforcing bars to said first constraining hoop; positioning a second plurality of reinforcing bars in spaced relationship to each other, parallel to said first plurality of reinforcing bars, and in contact with said first constraining hoop; and attaching said second plurality of reinforcing bars to said first constraining hoop. A variety of additional reinforcing bars and constraining hoops may be added in various ways to the basic unit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To restrain increase of the weight of a pillar, simplify manufacture thereof, and insure integrative property with cast-in-place concrete, when a precast concrete pillar of hollow section is used. CONSTITUTION:A precast concrete pillar is constituted so that a hoop 2 is buriedly provided in concrete 1 of hollow box-shaped section, main reinforcements 3 are arranged on the inner circumference side of the hoop 2, and a wire net 4 serving as the inner formwork of the precast concrete is surroundingly stuck on the inner circumference side of the main reinforcements 3, otherwise, subsidiary reinforcements 4 with which dead weight is borne, during a process of lifting it, instead of the main reinforcements 3 being arranged in the axial direction on the outer circumference side of the hoop 2, and a wire net 5 is stuck on the inner circumference side or the outer circumference side of the hoop 2. By arranging the hoop 2 in the concrete 1, the coating thickness and increase of the weight of the pillar are restrained, further, by using the wire net 5 for the inner formwork of the precast concrete, a rugged face 1a is formed on the inner circumferential face by only filling concrete 1 so as to insure integrative property with cast-in-place concrete 6, while simplifying the manufacture.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure the integrity of a lower end main bar and a stirrup with concrete while retaining a wire mesh forming an inner template of concrete of U-shaped section and pressing a thick concrete plate. CONSTITUTION:A wire mesh 4 forming an inner template is stuck to a lower end main bar 1 and a stirrup 2 of a reinforced squirrel cage C assembled with the lower end main bar 1 and the stirrup 2, and said reinforced squirrel cage C is disposed on lower templates 6, 6 with the lower end main bar 1 facing upward, and outer plates 5, 5 are disposed on both outsides of the reinforced squirrel cage C. After that, concrete 3 is filled between said outer templates 5, 5 and the wire mesh 4 and a precast concrete beam B is manufactured. The integrity of the lower end main bar 1 and the stirrup 2 with concrete 3 is secured by sticking the wire mesh 4 on the inner peripheral sides of the lower end main bar 1 and the stirrup 2, and the lower end main bar 1 is functioned as a tension steel bar of the precast concrete beam B, and the necessity of supporting at the time of placing in-site concrete 8 is eliminated.
