      SOLUTION: An unbonded tendon 3 is disposed around a column 1 so as to draw a curved line protruding toward a flat slab 2 in a view from the column 1 side. The tendon 3 is disposed around the column 1 to be vertically protruded up around the column 1 and protruded down in the center of the flat slab 2 or the vicinity thereof. The tendon 3 is disposed so as to surround at least two side surfaces of the column 1. A plurality of tendons 3 is juxtaposed on each side of the side surfaces of the column 1 so as to be disposed in a curved line shape in a plane view.

Further, a joint bolt 5 is inserted in the bolt hole 4a of the joint plate 4 from each bolt hole 3a of the joint plate 3, and the front end of the joint bolt 5 is screwed on the joint nut 6.
