摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for formatting an electron emission source of an electron emission device, and an electron emission source comprising the same. The composition comprises a paste comprising multi-walled carbon nanotubes exhibiting an RBM (Radial Breathing Mode) peak. The paste further comprises an inorganic powder, a binder resin, and an organic solvent. The electron emission source made from the composition of the present invention improves the lifetime and electron emission characteristics of the electron emission device by using multi-walled carbon nanotubes having excellent lifetime and electron emission characteristics.

摘要： A backlight assembly comprises a light source unit emitting light, a heat-blocking plate disposed over the light source unit to prevent heat generated from the light source unit from being upwardly transmitted, and a receiving container receiving the light source unit and the heat-blocking plate. The receiving container includes a bottom plate and a plurality of sidewalls. Each of the sidewalls extends from a side of the bottom plate and has openings formed through each of the sidewalls. The openings are formed over the heat-blocking plate.

摘要： In a method of manufacturing a field emitter, a patterned conductive layer is formed on a substrate, an upper surface of the conductive layer is coated with a mixture of a field emission material and metal powder, the mixture is thermally treated to improve adhesion of the mixture to the conductive layer, and a field emission material and a metal deposited on a portion of the substrate other than the conductive layer are removed. Accordingly, the lifespan and field emission characteristic of the field emitter are greatly improved, and a large area field emitter having excellent characteristics that cannot be realized in the conventional art is fabricated.
