    • In a cap with valve, an annular projection is formed at an inner circumference of a fluid flow path of a cap body to be installed at an opening portion of a container. A valve body is an annular body and provided with an inner circumferential lip element projecting upward at inner circumferential edge and an outer circumferential lip element projecting downward at outer circumferential edge, and the outer circumferential lip element abuts on the annular projection of the cap body. A first disk-shaped support plate is arranged at upper side of the valve body and provided with a support member supporting the upper surface side of the outer circumferential lip element. The first support plate is biased downward by a first spring means from upper side. A second support plate is arranged at lower side of the valve body and provided with a support member supporting the lower surface side of the inner circumferential lip element and with a fluid flowing hole at the center. The second support plate is biased upward by a second spring means. The first support plate is provided with a fluid flowing hole penetrating vertically between the support member and the seal member on which the inner circumferential lip element of the valve body abuts.

    • A fuel cap where a valve body held to a valve support plate for performing pressure adjustment is arranged in a cap body installed to a filler neck of a fuel tank, and the part number can be decreased. The valve body has an outer circumferential lip element which is projected from an outer circumferential edge and pressed against an annular projection projecting inward in a fluid flow path of the cap body, and an inner circumferential lip element which is projected from an inner circumferential edge in reverse direction to the outer circumferential lip element. The valve support plate supports the valve body from rear side of the outer circumferential lip element, and has a seal member against which the inner circumferential lip element is pressed from the support position to inner circumferential side. Biasing means for pressing the outer circumferential lip element of the valve body is connected to the valve support plate. At the outside of the seal member in the valve body or the valve support plate, a communication hole which performs communication of the atmosphere side with the fluid flow path of the cap body is formed when the inner lip element is separated from the seal member.

    • A cap with valve for positive pressure comprises a cap body installed to an aperture of a container such as a fuel tank or a radiator of an automobile, a partition wall formed within the cap body and extending from an inner circumferential surface in radial direction and having a first fluid flowing hole, and a valve for positive pressure disposed at upper side of the partition wall. A support plate is disposed at lower side of the partition wall within the cap body and provided with a second fluid flowing hole, and an auxiliary valve chamber is formed between the partition wall and the support plate. Within the auxiliary valve chamber, a stopper valve having specific gravity larger than that of liquid within the container and a float having specific gravity of the combined body with the stopper valve smaller than that of the liquid within the container are arranged at lower side of the first fluid flowing hole and movable up and down. When the container is reversed in upper and lower positions, the stopper valve is moved by own weight towards the partition wall thereby the first fluid flowing hole is closed. Also when the liquid level within the container rises, both the stopper valve and the float are floated, and the first fluid flowing hole is closed by the stopper valve. Consequently, the liquid within the container is prevented from passing through the first fluid flowing hole and flowing out of the container.

    • A cap with valve has a fluid flowing hole formed within a cylindrical cap body installed in an aperture of a container. A valve body is installed within the cap body and has a seal lip opened in an umbrella-like shape which is inserted in the fluid flowing hole and pressed against the periphery of the fluid flowing hole at the rear side in the inserting direction so as to close the fluid flowing hole. The valve body is held by a support plate having rigidity installed within the cap body, and is urged by a biasing means installed within the cap body for urging the support plate so that the valve body is inserted in the fluid flowing hole. A stopper is formed on the support plate and abuts on the cap body and restricts moving of the valve body so that the valve body together with the support plate is prevented from being subjected to pressure beyond a prescribed value to move it further in the inserting direction towards the fluid flowing hole.

A recess is formed on at least one of rear surface of the outer and inner lip elements and the support plate so that gap is produced at whole circumference of rear surface of the outer and inner lip elements of the seal member and the support plate at the non-pressed state of the seal member.

    • A float valve for a fuel tank, which comprises an upper float chamber, a middle chamber, and a lower float chamber housed in a case that is fixed to the upper wall of a fuel tank. The upper float chamber includes a first communication hole that directly communicates with an air bleed duct. The upper float that can block that first communication hole when the tank is full. The middle chamber includes a third communication hole communicating with the lower float chamber which has a first air hole located at a position corresponding to the desired fuel level for a full tank.
