    • A device and method are disclosed comprising one or more electrically conductive nano-structures defined on one or more surfaces of a microelectronic circuit such as an integrated circuit die, microelectronic circuit package (such as a TSOP, BGA or other prepackaged IC) a stacked microelectronic circuit package, or on the surface of one or more layers in a stack of layers containing one or more ICs.In one embodiment, the electrically conductive nano-structure is in electrical connection with a monitoring circuit and acts as a “trip wire” to detect unauthorized tampering with the device or module. Such a monitoring circuit may include a power source such as an in-circuit or in-module battery and a “zeroization” circuit within the chip or package to erase the contents of a memory when the electrically conductive nano-structure is breached or altered. The device may be configured to blow one or more fuses or overcurrent protection devices when the electrically conductive nano-structure is breached or altered. In a further embodiment, one or more electrically conductive nano-structures are used to interconnect and reroute one or more electrical connections between one or more ICs (or dummy leads and vias) to create an “invisible” set of electrical connections on the chip or stack to obfuscate an attempt to reverse engineer the device, i.e., a set of connections that cannot be observed by standard test means such as by X-ray or conventional microscope.

    • A method and system for monitoring process parameters associated with a manufacturing or testing process. The system includes: at least one machine which is used in the manufacturing or testing process; at least one sensing device, coupled to the at least one machine, for measuring a process parameter associated with the at least one machine; and a controller, coupled to the at least one sensing device, for receiving and storing measured data from the at least one sensing device. The method includes the acts of: measuring a value of a process parameter associated with a machine used in the manufacturing or testing process; converting the measured value of the process parameter into a digital data signal having a specified data format; transmitting the digital data signal to a controller; and storing the digital data signal in a database.

    • A common way for an adult to carry a baby is to cradle the baby in both arms, so that the baby's head is resting on one of the adult's shoulders. However, the baby may drool onto the adult. Also, thin adults with bony shoulders may cause discomfort to the baby's head. Such problems are solved by a combination baby pillow and drool guard that includes a shell stuffed with soft batting. A hole is arranged on the pad, so that it may be worn around the neck of the adult. The pad covers the shoulders and upper chest area of the adult to cushion the baby's head, and to protect the adult's clothing from the baby's drool. In a first embodiment, a pair of straps connect the opposite ends of the pad together when worn. In a second embodiment, a releasable joint extends between the hole and an edge of the pad for facilitating donning and removal. In a third embodiment, the pad includes a pair of wings extending from the sides for providing extra coverage on the adult's shoulders.
