摘要： A radio communication system and a method for assigning a short-lived Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier, “CRNTI”, to a first user equipment performing random access to a radio network node are provided. The radio communication system registers the first user equipment as connected to the radio network node. A message for synchronizing the radio network node and the first user equipment with respect to the first time period is transferred. After the first time period has elapsed, the radio communication system maintains the first user equipment connected to the radio network node, and allows the short-lived CRNTI to be assigned to a second user equipment.

摘要： A node (100; 300) of a mobile network is responsible for scheduling transmissions of data blocks between the mobile network and a terminal device (200, 200′). The node (100; 300) may for example be a base station (100) or a control node (300) of the mobile network. The node (100; 300) determines a processing time required by the terminal device (200; 200′) for processing signals for transmission of one of the data blocks. The processing time is determined from a plurality of supported processing times. On the basis of the determined processing time, the node (100; 300) schedules the transmission of the data block. The terminal device (200, 200′) may provide control data for determining the processing time to the node (100; 300).

摘要： In transmission of paging information from a mobile network to a terminal device (200), the terminal device applies a discontinuous reception cycle to enter a sleep mode. Further, the terminal device determines an advance wakeup time (AW) for leaving the sleep mode. The advance wakeup time (AW) is advanced by an advancement time interval (ΔA) with respect to a start of an active time of the discontinuous reception cycle. At the determined advance wakeup time (AW), the terminal device leaves the sleep mode and starts monitoring the downlink control channel with respect to paging configuration information transmitted by the mobile network. The paging configuration information defines a paging occasion for transmission of the paging information. On the basis of the paging configuration information, the terminal device monitors the paging occasion to receive the paging information from the mobile network.

The set of transport format schemes shall be used for a radio transmission from a communication device to the base station. The base station is serving the eel! comprising the communication device. The communication device is unsynchronized for transmission to the base station. The base station specifies (201) a plurality of sets of transport format schemes. Each set of transport format schemes is associated to a respective guard time, which guard time is a time margin required to compensate for the communication device being unsynchronized for transmission to the base station. After determining (203) a required guard time as the maximum timing advance value used in the cell the base station selects (204) one set of transport format schemes from the plurality of sets of transport format schemes to be available for the cell. The set is selected such that its associated guard time matches the determined required guard time in the cell.

摘要： In data transmission between a mobile network and a terminal device an uplink control channel resource is allocated to the terminal device and to at least one further terminal device. Further, a shared identifier is assigned to both the terminal device and the at least one further terminal device. Using the allocated uplink control channel resource, the mobile network receives a scheduling request from the terminal device. In response to receiving the scheduling request, the mobile network sends an uplink grant. The uplink grant is addressed by the shared identifier to the terminal device and to the at least one further terminal device. Further, the mobile network receives uplink data from the terminal device, which is accomplished on uplink resources indicated by the uplink grant.
