    • A hydraulic brake system with anti-lock control, in particular for automotive vehicles, comprising a braking pressure generator (18), at least one wheel brake (5), an auxiliary-pressure pump (1), a low-pressure accumulator (22), and a shut-off valve and outlet valve (12, 7) for controlling the braking pressure. The shut-off valve is controlled to permit or prevent pressure fluid flow between the braking pressure generator and the wheel brake by a stepped piston positioned in a stepped bore in a housing. Initially, the stepped-piston maintains the shut-off valve open to permit pressure fluid flow. During slip control operation when pressure fluid from the low-pressure accumulator is delivered to the stepped-bore by the auxiliary-pressure pump, the stepped-piston closes the shut-off valve to prevent pressure fluid flow.

    • The present invention relates to a hydraulic brake system with anti-lock control, including a main pressure line leading from a master cylinder to at least one wheel brake and into which a normally open inlet valve is inserted. A pressure fluid return delivery line is connected to an outlet valve and accommodates a pressure fluid accumulator. Connected downstream of the pressure fluid accumulator, an auxiliary pressure pump takes pressure fluid from the pressure fluid accumulator and delivers the fluid via an auxiliary pressure line to the wheel brake. The auxiliary pressure line is connected to the pressure side of the auxiliary pressure pump and establishes a permanent direct hydraulic connection to the wheel brake so that the auxiliary pressure pump is adapted to be isolated from the master cylinder by the inlet valve. A low-noise brake system is accomplished thereby which permits a reactionless positioning of the brake pedal without complicated controls.

    • A valve block comprising a plurality of electromagnetic valves (2, 3) and a vlave cap (16) and including an electric power supply for applying electric power to the coils of the electromagnetic valves, and wherein a printed circuit board (14) is utilized. Accordingly, a simplified assembly of the valve block is provided, and the valve block assembly is water-tight and sealed against the ingress of dirt and vapor into the engine space.

    • A device for automotive vehicles for both traction control and cruise control is equipped with a common servo motor (13) which, by way of a self-locking gear (14), by way of a switchable friction gear (17) and by way of a linkage (23, 24; 25, 26) acts upon a transmission device interposed into the path of force transmission from an accelerator pedal (1) to the throttle-flap (2) of an internal-combustion engine or to the adjusting lever of the injection pump of a spark-ignition engine. Depending on the switch position of the friction gear (17), the servo motor (13) permits control of either the traction (VR) or the speed (GR). During traction control, a release of the accelerator pedal (1) leads at any time to closing of the throttle-flap (2), while an increase of the pedal force does not have any effect on the position of the throttle-flap. After the activation of cruise control, it is still possible to increase the engine power by further depressing the accelerator pedal (1).
