摘要： There is provided a backlight driving system for a liquid crystal display that can reduce size and weight of a product because a DC-DC converter is not used when commercial AC power is converted into lamp driving power. A backlight driving system for a liquid crystal display according to an aspect of the invention includes a power supply unit converting commercial alternating current (AC) power into direct current (DC) power having a voltage level set beforehand, an inverter unit converting the DC power from the power supply unit into AC power at a one-to-one conversion ratio set beforehand, a boosting unit boosting the AC power from the inverter unit into lamp lighting power set beforehand; and a lamp group receiving the lamp lighting power from the boosting unit to emit light.

摘要： An actuator which is actuated by an external input and also can remove noise caused by a high frequency by providing a low pass filter capable of preventing a particular high frequency through its mechanical structure. The actuator includes an external gimbal, an internal gimbal, and a connection axis which is disposed in an identical direction to an axis extended from the external gimbal. In this intake, the connection axis is provided between the external gimbal and internal gimbal whereby a not desired high frequency vibration may not be transmitted to a vibrated body provided in the internal gimbal. The actuator constructed as above does not need an electrical control and an additional part, and can be actuated by an external input, and also is highly productive and does not require an additional cost by providing a low pass filter with only comparatively simple change of a mechanical design.

摘要： Provided are an apparatus and a method for river water purification using a treatment soil layer and a permeable filtering medium layer. The river water purification apparatus includes a treatment soil layer and a permeable filtering medium layer which are sequentially and alternately stacked. The treatment soil layer includes a plurality of unit soil layers which are arranged at intervals. A reservoir part which stores a predetermined amount of river water and supplies the river water to an inside of the unit soil layer is provided in an upper end part of the unit soil layer. The permeable filtering medium layer has a higher hydraulic conductivity than that of the treatment soil layer. The river water purification apparatus increases a treatment flux of river water regardless of a coefficient of water permeability of soil and effectively removes nitrogen, phosphorus and nutrient salts by stably forming an anaerobic condition.
