    • A spectrum resource reconfiguration method is disclosed. The method includes: after spectrum resource configuration is triggered, a spectrum resource configuration decision is generated, and spectrum resources are configured to a to-be-configured link according to the configuration decision. Also disclosed are a spectrum resource reconfiguration device and system for implementing the method. In the disclosure, a spectrum resource Database (DB) is set and stores currently available spectrum resources and used spectrum resources. In this way, when insufficient spectrum resources occur on some links or spectrum resources are unavailable, a system may configure corresponding spectrum resources to the links according to currently available spectrum resources, so that it is ensured that the links with insufficient spectrum resources have available resources, thereby ensuring development of as many services as possible. By means of the technical solution of the disclosure, the use of spectrum resources is more reasonable, all spectrum resources may be fully utilized instead of being limited to specific spectrum resources, thereby maximally utilizing the spectrum resources.

    • A mobile terminal and an anti-theft method thereof are described. The anti-theft recognition module of the mobile terminal sends a security number acquisition instruction to a security number acquisition module after determining that the mobile terminal enters an anti-theft mode, the security number acquisition module automatically acquires a security number according to the security number acquisition instruction and sends the acquired security number to an anti-theft processing module, the anti-theft processing module gives an alarm according to the received security number to help the owner of the mobile terminal retrieve the mobile terminal or the information stored in the mobile terminal, thereby minimizing the loss of the owner of the mobile terminal and eliminating the potential safety hazard brought by the loss of the personal information stored in the mobile terminal. Moreover, the security number acquisition module automatically starts up to automatically acquire a security number after the anti-theft recognition module determines that the mobile terminal enters an anti-theft mode, thus avoiding the situation that no alarm is given after the mobile terminal is lost as the owner forgets to set an alarming function or makes an error in setting the alarming function and the situation that the giving of an alarm is failed as a manually set fixed number is out of service because of an overdue bill or not used any more.

    • The disclosure provides a method and system of resource reconfiguration for a cognitive-radio system. The method includes that: a reconfiguration module of a wireless communication system acquires a reconfiguration command according to a received spectrum refarming indication or by monitoring a network condition of the wireless communication system (101); and sends the reconfiguration command to a base station to implement resource reconfiguration by executing the reconfiguration command via the base station (102). With the disclosure, proper radio resource reconfiguration is performed by a reconfiguration module of each wireless communication system according to utilization of spectral resources in the system, so that the utilization of spectral resources in a primary system and between RATs may be coordinated, thereby enhancing the resource utilization rate of each wireless communication system and the spectrum utilization rate of the primary system, such as a broadcast and television system, and leading to a more balanced network load.

    • An information handling system includes a multi-core processor that processes variable-length code (VLC) bitstream data. The bitstream data includes multiple codewords that the processor organizes into functionally common subsets. The processor includes a general purpose processor (GPU) and one or more special purpose processor (SPUs). An SPU of the processor may includes two SPU buffers. The processor first transfers bitstream data into GPU buffer memory and then populates the SPU buffers one after another with bitstream data. The SPU buffers may each include an overlap region that the SPU populates with the same bitstream data. The SPU parses the bitstream data in the SPU buffers in alternating fashion. The SPU may shift parsing from the one SPU buffer to the other SPU buffer when parsing reaches a subset boundary within an overlap region.

    • The disclosure discloses a sensing aiding method for cognitive radio. The method includes the following steps. a high level node transmits configuration information to a base station; the base station combines with a subordinate node of the base station to perform frequency spectrum sensing measurement, in which the subordinate node has sensing capability, and feeds back a result of the sensing measurement to the high level node; and the high level node formulates a corresponding WS allocation policy according to the received result of the sensing measurement. The disclosure also discloses a system. By the method and the system of the disclosure, the high level node transmits the configuration information to the base station; the base station performs the spectrum sensing measurement in combination with the subordinate node having the sensing capability of the base station in a designated frequency band and feeds the result of the sensing measurement back to the high level node; and the high level node formulates the corresponding WS allocation policy according to the result of the sensing measurement. Available white band resources are acquired; the probability of base station configuration failure is reduced, and the overhead caused by configuration failures is reduced.

    • An information handling system (IHS) may include a processor with multiple compute elements that decode pictures from an encoded video bitstream. Each compute element may perform a different part or sequential stage of a picture decoding process to obtain decoded pictures. A memory includes a decoded picture buffer that associates with a first stage of the sequential stages. The memory may also include respective decoded picture buffer snapshots for sequential stages other than the first sequential stage. A last sequential stage provides fully decoded pictures to a decoded picture pool in memory. The decoded picture buffer and decoded picture buffer snapshots may store pointers to decoded pictures in the decoded picture pool that the sequential stages need to perform decoding of pictures. In this manner, the sequential stages may share decoded pictures that the decoded picture pool stores.
