摘要： A spectrum resource reconfiguration method is disclosed. The method includes: after spectrum resource configuration is triggered, a spectrum resource configuration decision is generated, and spectrum resources are configured to a to-be-configured link according to the configuration decision. Also disclosed are a spectrum resource reconfiguration device and system for implementing the method. In the disclosure, a spectrum resource Database (DB) is set and stores currently available spectrum resources and used spectrum resources. In this way, when insufficient spectrum resources occur on some links or spectrum resources are unavailable, a system may configure corresponding spectrum resources to the links according to currently available spectrum resources, so that it is ensured that the links with insufficient spectrum resources have available resources, thereby ensuring development of as many services as possible. By means of the technical solution of the disclosure, the use of spectrum resources is more reasonable, all spectrum resources may be fully utilized instead of being limited to specific spectrum resources, thereby maximally utilizing the spectrum resources.

The method includes that: a reconfiguration module of a wireless communication system acquires a reconfiguration command according to a received spectrum refarming indication or by monitoring a network condition of the wireless communication system (101); and sends the reconfiguration command to a base station to implement resource reconfiguration by executing the reconfiguration command via the base station (102). With the disclosure, proper radio resource reconfiguration is performed by a reconfiguration module of each wireless communication system according to utilization of spectral resources in the system, so that the utilization of spectral resources in a primary system and between RATs may be coordinated, thereby enhancing the resource utilization rate of each wireless communication system and the spectrum utilization rate of the primary system, such as a broadcast and television system, and leading to a more balanced network load.

摘要： A drop-off-proof button, which is not thread sewn to the clothing to which it is attached, and is capable of staying on to the clothing permanently without dropping off and of being attached to or detached from the clothing at will. It comprises one main button head, one auxiliary button head and one connecting stud. To the main button head, a decorative piece can be fixed through appropriate means. The main button head, the auxiliary button head and the connecting link can be made in one integral piece, or separately into independent pieces. The connecting link can be made integral with the main button head or the auxiliary button head, to which the auxiliary button head or the main button head can then be fixed through appropriate means respectively. In attaching the button to the clothing, the auxiliary button head is buttoned into a matching buttonhole on one flap of the clothing. Thus done, the clothing is now ready to be buttoned up in the conventional way by buttoning the main button head into the other matching buttonhole on the other flap of the clothing. This drop-off-proof button has the advantage of versatility, being attachable to or detachable from the clothing at will, facilitating the ironing and washing of the clothing, and the changing of buttons to keep abreast with current fashion on buttoning. Not being attached to the clothing by thread, which is mechanically weak, the drop-off-proof button will stay on the clothing until detached.

In the disclosure, the base station loads the primary CPC information into fixed physical resources of an RAT according to an RAT coverage condition, reducing the amount of information required to be delivered by fixed physical resources, decreasing occupation of fixed physical resources, speeding up radio access of the user equipment; and after receiving a triggering event, the base station loads the secondary CPC information into variable physical resources and sends the secondary CPC information to the user equipment, thus implementing optimization of a user network and radio resources.
