    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning heavy metal polluted soil inexpensively.
      SOLUTION: The method for cleaning heavy metal polluted soil includes the first process (a) for disintegrating heavy metal polluted soil in the minimum particle unit, the second process (b) for classifying the soil disintegrated in the first process at least into two particle groups across a specific particle size, the third process (c) for washing the soils classified into the particle groups by the second process with an acidic solution at every particle group to be separated into soils and the acidic solution by a solid-liquid separator and recycling the recovered acidic solution in the washing of the soil and/or using the same as the acidic solution for washing of another soil and the fourth process (d) for washing the soils washed with the acidic solution with a rinsing solution at every particle group. If necessary, the washing with the acidic solution in the third process is performed with respect to soil set to a predetermined pH region after the addition of the acidic solution and, after the fourth process, the soil is adjusted to a neutral range and hot water is used as the rinsing solution in the fourth process.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method of lead polluted soil by washing the same with an acidic solution. SOLUTION: The printing method of lead polluted soil includes the first process (a) for disintegrating lead polluted soil, the second process (b) for classifying the soil disintegrated in the first process at least into two particle groups, the third process (c) for mixing the soils classified in the second process with soil by a classification means selected from magnetic force sorting, specific gravity sorting and floating sorting to remove foreign matter, the fourth process (d) for washing the soils from which the foreign matter is removed in the third process, with the acidic solution at every particle group to separate the same into soil and the acidic solution by a solid-liquid separator and using a part or the whole of the recovered acidic solution in the washing of the soil or recirculation and the fifth process (e) for washing the soil, which is washed with the acidic solution in the fourth process, with a rinsing solution at every particle group. The washing with the acidic solution in the fourth process is performed under an environment with a pH of 0.5 or below and a hydrochloric acid solution is used as the acidic solution of the fourth process.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing iron powder which cleans soil contaminated by an organic chlorine based compound.
      SOLUTION: Scrap iron obtained by striking Ni-containing steel with an iron material is recovered in an air current while passing the scrap iron through a filter, so as to be iron powder with desired dimensions. As the iron powder production device, the one provided with a high speed rotary plate, a hood and a waste iron recovery apparatus is used, and the iron material is dropt toward the high speed rotary plate from the upper part through the hood, and is struck on the Ni-containing steel. After the striking on the Ni-containing steel, the iron material is sucked by a suction fan together with a mill scale or the like peeled from the surface of the Ni-containing steel, and is recovered into the waste iron recovery apparatus provided with the filter at the inside. The filter is arranged in front of the suction fan, and by the selection of the penetration capacity in the filter, from the waste iron composed of the iron material after the striking, the mill scale of the Ni-containing steel or the like, the ones with desired dimensions are suitably sorted.
