    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drastically improving production efficiency in a method for producing a metal-complexed organic nanotube composed of a self-assembly of a peptide lipid.
      SOLUTION: The method for producing a metal-complexed organic nanotube comprises a process of suspending the peptide lipid expressed by general formula: RCO(NH-CHR'-CO)
      m OH (wherein, R represents a hydrocarbon group of carbon numbers 6-24, R' represents an amino acid side chain, and m represents an integer of 1-10) or H(NH-CHR'-CO)
      m NHR (wherein, R represents a hydrocarbon group of carbon numbers 7-25, R' represents an amino acid side chain, and m represents an integer of 1-10) in an organic solvent, a process of mixing a metal salt solution into the suspension, a process of generating the metal-complexed organic nanotube by leaving the suspension at rest at room temperature, and a process of collecting the metal-complexed organic nanotube from the suspension and air-drying the nanotubes at room temperature or drying under reduced pressure at room temperature.
