摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new glycolipid capable of forming a tube-shaped aggregate stabilizable by polymerization; and to provide a fine fiber or tube-shaped aggregate thereof.
SOLUTION: The tube-shaped fiber stable over a long period is obtained by forming autoaggregate by using an asymmetrical polymerizable bicephalic glycolipid, and polymerizing the product. The polymerizable bicephalic glycolipid is represented by the general formula (wherein, G is a residue obtained by removing a reduced terminal hydroxy group of aldopyranose; X is a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, a carboxy group or an amino group; (a) and b are the same or different and each an integer of 0-20). The aggregate, and the hollow tube-shaped polymer obtained by polymerizing the aggregate are also provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new hollow fiber-like organic nanotube and microtube which are simply produced in a short time and have wide use ranges.
SOLUTION: The N-glycoside-type glycolipid is represented by general formula (1): G-NHCO-R (G is a saccharide residue after removal of a hemiacetal-hydroxy group bonded to an anomer carbon atom of a saccharide; R is a 10-39C unsaturated hydrocarbon group). The hollow fiber-like organic nanotube is formed by dissolving the N-glycoside-type glycolipid in water, slowly cooling the solution, allowing the solution to stand at a room temperature to cause the self-integration of the molecule. The hollow fiber-like organic nanotube has 70-500 nm average outer diameter, 40-300 nm average inner diameter (average diameter of hollow) and about several hundred nm-several hundred μm length.

SOLUTION: This method of leading a functional material into organic nanotubes comprises: a first stage forming the organic nanotube having 5 nm or more of inner hole diameter by generating self-aggregation of a surface active organic compound composed of a hydrophobic hydrocarbon group and a hydrophilic group in the solvent; a second stage freezing to dry the formed organic nanotubes; a third stage for dissolving or dispersing a desirable functional material in the solvent; and a fourth stage for dispersing the frozen and dried organic nanotube in the solution of the surface active organic compound or the dispersion thereof at a gel-crystal phase transfer temperature or less of the surface active organic material. The manufactured organic nanotubes can be variously used in response to characteristics of the functional material.
