摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternating current feeder circuit in which a voltage of a feeder does not exceed a maximum feeder voltage while suppressing higher harmonics, and a method of suppressing an overvoltage.SOLUTION: The alternating current feeder circuit supplying alternating current power to an electric vehicle includes: the feeder for supplying the alternating current power to the electric vehicle; a rail; a higher harmonic resonance suppressing circuit provided between the feeder and the rail; a power compensation circuit provided in parallel with the higher harmonic resonance suppressing circuit between the feeder and the rail; a voltage measuring circuit measuring a voltage value of the voltage of the feeder; and a voltage control circuit carrying out the compensation of reactive power to the feeder by the power compensation circuit when the voltage value measured by the voltage measuring circuit exceeds a first set voltage set in advance.
