    • PURPOSE:To raise the mechanical strength of winding and insulating material at the time of operation by raising adhesion with conductor by the procedure in which a resin-treated fibrous base material is wound around the innermost layer of winding conductor and then its outside layer is wound with an insulating material and subjected to hot forming treatment. CONSTITUTION:The resin-treated fibrous base material 5, e.g., glass cloth, glass unwoven fabric, etc., is wound around the conductor 2, its surface is wound with the pre-preg polyimide film 3, and then its surface is further wound with the pre- preg mical tape 4 into a definite turn to form the winding 1. The formation of such a winding insulated layer increases greatly the adhesion between the conductor 2 and the pre-preg polyimide film 3, thus preventing the winding insulated layer from exfoliation due to mechanical stress during operation and also raising electric characteristics.

    • PURPOSE:To make easier the confirmation of void dimension insoldered portion by providing the projection of connecting piece for connecting conductor on the side of conductor in an exposed state. CONSTITUTION:The long scale conductor 3 is connected through the connecting piece 4, the projection of which is formed of part of conical base and has a sectional diameter smaller than the large dimension and larger than the smaller dimension of the width or height of the section of the conductor 3. Accordingly, when the shape of the concaved portion in the joint on the conductor 3 is machined to the shape of the projection of the connecting piece 4, a structure is formed that part of the projection of the connecting piece 4 is exposed on the side of the long conductor 3 when the conductor 3 is jointed with the connecting piece 4. Thus, the confirmation of void dimension in portion to be soldered can be easily made at the time of soldering, and also the air in the voids can be easily expelled to the outside at the time of soldering, thus preventing the occurrence of voided defects in the soldered portion.
