摘要： Epoxy resin formed articles comprising inorganic or organic filler materials or structural elements and obtained by using an acid anhydride as a hardner are formed by treating said filler materials or structural elements with a surface active agent such as a quaternary ammonium salt, impregnating said treated filler materials or structural elements with an epoxy resin and curing said epoxy resin with heat. The thus obtained epoxy resin formed articles have excellent properties in electrical insulating resistance and mechanical strengths and these properties can be maintained unchanged.

摘要： To produce a stator of a submerged motor of satisfactory quality free from the problem of an eddy current losses requires the provision of cylinders formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastics of superhigh precision. Difficulties have been experienced in producing this type of cylinders in small wall thickness, and the cylinders produced have raised various problems including in ability to be joined with end covers (5a, 5b) in good condition. The problem of how to obtain flawless jonts between the cylinders of carbon fiber reinforced plastics and the end covers is solved by providing increased wall thickness portions (6a, 6b) to opposite axial end portions of an inner cylinder (4) near the joints with the ends covers, one increased wall thickness portion (6a) being located at one axial end portion on an outer side surface thereof and the other increased wall thickness portion (6b) being located at the other axial end portion on an inner side surface thereof. Thus the inner cylinder (4) has a small wall thickness at an axial central portion to reduce an eddy current loss while its wall thickness is increased at the opposite axial end portions to improve mechanical strength and facilitate joining the end covers (5a, 5b) to the inner cylinder (4).

摘要： An improved device for suppressing vibration of stator coils in a rotary electric machine, for example, a turbogenerator. In order to absorb radial and transverse deformation of a stator coil in an armature winding slot of such a machine due to thermal expansion or thermal deterioration of an associated insulator layer during operation of the machine over an extended period of time, the device comprises a pair of taper liners interposed between the stator coil and one of the side walls of the winding slot, and a spring member interposed between the stator coil and an assoclated slot wedge to engage at a portion thereof with the wider end of one of the taper liners.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a low noise current collector excellent in controllability and response being employed suitably in high speed rolling stock and an insulator therefor. CONSTITUTION:The current collector comprises a current collecting body 22 holding a slider 21 for collecting current from a stringing 1, a supporting insulator 30 therefor, a flexible conductor 51 for conducting power, and a cable head 50 for connecting a flexible cable 5a. An actuator 32 and the current collecting body 22 are regulated vertically along with the supporting insulator 30 so that the contacting force between the stringing 1 and the slider 21 has a correct value. A light polymer resin insulator is employed as the supporting insulator 30 and a ceramic insulator having high insulation reliability is employed as the cable head 50. A hollow supporting insulator 30 filled with an insulating foamed material is employed in order to realize both light weight and high insulation reliability. Furthermore, the central axis of an insulator rod is set in front of the central axis of umbrella in the advancing direction of vehicle in order to compensate for the dielectric deterioration due to the atmospheric pressure drop on the back of the insulator during high speed travel thus enhancing the insulation reliability.
