    • Disclosed herein is a low-cost low power-consumed RF power detecting device used as a core component necessary for intelligence, miniaturization and downpricing of a wireless communication system, and a fabrication method thereof. The RF power detecting device according to the present invention comprises: an upper substrate including a signal transmission line for transmitting a predetermined RF signal therethrough; a sensor section for detecting power of the RF signal transmitted through the signal transmission line; and a lower substrate for supporting the sensor section. The method of fabricating the RF power detecting device comprises the steps of: forming a sensor section for detecting power of an RF signal on a lower substrate; patterning a signal transmission line on the underside of an upper substrate; and coupling the upper substrate and the lower substrate to each other.

    • A driving apparatus for a display device includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix, and each pixel includes first and second sub-pixels. The driving apparatus includes a memory for storing digital data, a controller for calling the digital data to output the digital data together with a clock signal and at least one selection signal, and a gray voltage generator formed of an integrated circuit to receive the digital data from the controller and to generate gray reference voltage sets. The gray voltage generator includes first and second registers for storing the digital data, a selector including a plurality of multiplexers for receiving the outputs of the first and second registers, and a converter including a plurality of digital-analog converters connected to the multiplexers. As described above, the gray voltage generator is provided in the form of a chip so that it is possible to reduce the area occupied on a printed circuit board (PCB) and to reduce the cost of the gray voltage generator.

    • A LCD includes: a display panel and a signal controller. The display panel includes n pixels arranged in a matrix, wherein n is a natural number. The signal controller sequentially receives first through 2n-th pixel image signals, sequentially calculates a difference between a k-th pixel image signal and a (n+k)-th pixel image signal, recognizes the (n+k)-th pixel image signal as a motion signal when the difference is greater than a first reference value and recognizes the (n+k)-th pixel image signal as a non-motion signal when the difference is equal to or less than the first reference value, and determines whether the (n+k)-th pixel image signal is a moving-image signal based on numbers of motion signals and non-motion signals recognized. An image signal of a previous frame includes the first through n-th pixel image signals and an image signal of a current frame includes the (n+1)-th through 2n-th pixel image signals.
