摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one worker to consistently perform works from an auto matic inspection to automatic welding, which are suitable for the high quality welding of piping having a small diameter at a narrow place. SOLUTION: The tube edge holding mechanisms 1, 2 of piping 9A, 9B are connected with connecting bars 3 constituted by putting plural bars in parallel, and an inspection welding head 4 movable on the connecting bars 3 is provided. The tube edge holding mechanisms are provided with means for holding a tube shaft at a specific position and fixing the edges of the piping regardlessly of a tube diameter, and the positions of the tube edge holding mechanisms are made adjustable in the X, Y and Z directions to the connecting bars. The straight line drive means of a fixing part and the rotating drive means 8 of a rotating part are given by the inspection, welding head to the fixing part 41 moving on the connecting bars and the rotating part 42 rotating around the shaft of the piping. A groove inspection sensor 5 for inspecting a gap between butted grooves and the apparent shift of a shaft and a TIG welding torch 6 are mounted on the rotating part.

摘要： PURPOSE: To automatize a device by controlling the rotational speed of a motor so that the force for pushing out a tube from a straightening device to bending work becomes the sum of force opposing to the reaction force by restraining a straight tube at the time of bending and force for pushing the straight tube from behind. The force P1 for pressing the straight tube from the upside of a die and the force for pushing the straight tube from behind are applied to the straight tube. To continue the working by connecting the straightening device 2 and the bending device 3, it is necessary that the straightening speed S1 and bending speed S2 are equal and the rotational speed control of the motor 5 is executed with a computer controller 6 so that the force F for pushing out the tube to the bending work becomes (P1 +P2 ). In this way, by integrally connecting processes, the device is automatized and working is made efficient.

The processing head can be operated at hand of an operator, for example, through an operation panel set to the operation rod or the like. The test of a piping weld part of an area such as where a plurality of pipings are densely arranged is conducted, in accordance with a predetermined procedure with use of each apparatus from the pre-process apparatus 100 to the post-process apparatus 600. The system is also applicable to welding finish inspection and pressure/airtight inspection.
