    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal facility and a waste disposal method controlling the contamination in a disposal chamber. SOLUTION: The waste disposal facility 1 performs waste disposal by kneading the waste material and a solidifying agent in a container 7 which is brought into the disposal chamber 12. A waste throw-in section 6 is used for throwing-in the waste material into the container 7, and a solidifying agent throw-in section 4 for throwing-in the solidifying agent. A kneading drive section 3 is disposed for kneading the waste material and solidifying agent in the container 7 which is placed in a position different from where the waste material is thrown-in, and is composed so that a mixing member 36 for kneading is detachably attached. The waste disposal method is provided, performing steps of: attaching the mixing member 36; throwing in the waste material and the solidifying agent to the container 7 and kneading by the mixing member 36; and detaching the mixing member 36 from kneading drive section 3 and bringing out the container 7 from the disposal chamber while keeping the mixing member 36 in the kneaded materials.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device of which stirring blades can be shifted in a fluid if necessary and a stirring blade unit to be used for the stirring device.
      SOLUTION: In the stirring device 3 for a fluid, an operation part rotates a rotary shaft 363 and while being joined to the rotary shaft 363 by screwing, stirring blades 362 stir a fluid. The screwing groove part 364 is formed in the rotary shaft 363 and when the rotary shaft 363 is rotated in the normal direction, the stirring blades 362 are rotated relatively to the rotary shaft 363 due to the resistance of the fluid and the stirring blades 362 are guided to the regulated positions along the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft 363.
