摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a foamed thermosetting type steel panel reinforcing sheet having high reinforcing effect and capable of contributing to wt. reduction especially in the case used for a car and capable of realizing sharp cost reduction. CONSTITUTION:In a steel panel reinforcing sheet equipped with a restriction layer composed of glass cloth or metal foil and a foamed resin layer, the foamed resin layer is formed from a compsn. prepared by compounding 5-1000 pts.wt. of an inorg. filler (c), 1-200 pts.wt. of a tackifier (d), 0-200 pts.wt. of a softener (e), 1-100 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent (f) and 1-100 pts.wt. of a foaming agent (g) with 100 pts.wt. of a mixture [(a)+-(b)] consisting of 5-95wt.% of rubber (a) with a number-average mol.wt. of 500-20000 and 95-5wt.% of a thermoplastic elastomer (b).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy mounting even at a manually-hard-to-mount position and achieve the reinforcement of an automobile body with a lighter material. SOLUTION: A room-temperature curing resin containing a mixture of main agent and curing agent is heated to 30-50 deg.C and applied to a position ion the automobile body to be reinforced in a certain range with a slit nozzle or a turning nozzle to form a reinforcing material. A second coating is applied on the coated film in a range narrower than a first range in such a manner that the edge of the reinforcing material is thinner than a central portion for a smaller level difference to prevent the deformation of a steel plate due to the hardening contraction of the reinforcing material.

SOLUTION: This soundproof material for the vehicle room of an automobile is constituted of a sound absorbing layer and a sound insulating layer. The sound absorbing layer is made of a material having an air flow resistance value in a proper range so as to exhibit sound absorbing effect. The sound insulating layer is obtained by applying spray painting material to the sound absorbing layer and drying it to form a paint film. Vinylchloride plastisol, hot melt, emulsion type paint is a paint capable or obtaining sound insulating effect in the viewpoint of workability and facility. Vinylchloride plastisol is formed by plasticizing a resin such as vinylchloride resin or vinylidenechloride resin through plasticizer such as DOP, and mixing and dispersing various sorts of filler such as calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, blake-like filler, and carbon therein.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation of a surface of a steel plate caused by a cure shrinkage of a coating type steel plate reinforcement material. SOLUTION: The coating type steel plate reinforcement material is applied in a constant width by a rotary nozzle controlled by a coating robot in the state that a main agent and a curing agent are mixed and heated to 30-50 deg.C. The coating type reinforcement material in which a center part is thick and an edge part is thin is formed on a surface of the steel plate by coating it such that a coating film is deviated from the first coating position and is superposed thereon and a stepped part of the coated reinforcement material is made small. The coating films are provided in a row and a coating is again carried out on the center part to form the coating film having a thick center part. The center part of the reinforcement material has a thickness required for reinforcing the steel plate. The thickness of the edge of the reinforcement material is formed to thin and the stepped part is made small. Thereby, a deformation of the steel plate caused by a cure shrinkage of the reinforcement material is prevented.

In this case, the constraint layer is of a paper impregnating with resin, and the reinforcing material is made of a steel sheet to be reinforced by an upper layer of the constraint layer and a lower layer of the thermosetting resin layer.

The above condition for the heated and coated reinforcing material after the lapse of 30 min to 1 hr after the coating is required for providing the coated film which is sufficiently cured and can resist to the water current and shower in a hot water washing step. Optionally, the coating-type reinforcing material for the steel plate having the required properties is obtained by adding an epoxy-reactive diluent, a filler or the like.
