摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation of a surface of a steel plate caused by a cure shrinkage of a coating type steel plate reinforcement material. SOLUTION: The coating type steel plate reinforcement material is applied in a constant width by a rotary nozzle controlled by a coating robot in the state that a main agent and a curing agent are mixed and heated to 30-50 deg.C. The coating type reinforcement material in which a center part is thick and an edge part is thin is formed on a surface of the steel plate by coating it such that a coating film is deviated from the first coating position and is superposed thereon and a stepped part of the coated reinforcement material is made small. The coating films are provided in a row and a coating is again carried out on the center part to form the coating film having a thick center part. The center part of the reinforcement material has a thickness required for reinforcing the steel plate. The thickness of the edge of the reinforcement material is formed to thin and the stepped part is made small. Thereby, a deformation of the steel plate caused by a cure shrinkage of the reinforcement material is prevented.

Even in the case of a floor panel with projections and indentations, sealing of the hole 5 and mounting of the sheet-like damping material 1 can simultaneously be completed, so as to improve manufacturing efficiency.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and safety and to reduce costs, by driving in staples from resin restraining layer side and temporarily fixing the clinching portion of the staple by sinking that portion into a damping layer without exposing it outside. SOLUTION: A damping layer 1 is made essentially of asphalt and a resin restraining layer 2 is made essentially of thermosetting resin. Various fillers and adding agents are added to respective essential components and mixed, and the layers are processed into sheets. The thickness of each layer is ordinarily between 2 mm and 5 mm. A trimming die for trimming the sheets into automobile floor panel shapes where the sheets are installed is used to trim the damping layer 1 and the resin restraining layer 2 after disposing the layers in that order. A staple 3 treated with corrosion prevention treatment is driven into a total of 4 places, one on each edge, by a driving device from above the resin restraining layer 2. The clinching portions of the staples 3 are sunk into the damping layer 1, thereby temporarily fixing the damping layer 1 and the resin restraining layer 2 in a body.
