摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a radiant panel for the ceiling type cooling/heating which is easy to install at the jobsite, has good heat conductivity between the panel and a temperature medium flow pipe, and is free from possibility of marring the appearance of the interior. CONSTITUTION:A panel body 1 is formed by extrusion of an aluminum alloy and provided on the upper side with pipe receivers 2 each of which is U-shaped in cross section so as to allow a temperature medium flow pipe to be fitted in and placed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the panel body 1. At one end in the direction of the breadth of the panel body 1 a vertical plate 8 is formed with a fastening part 4 extending continuously and horizontally therefrom and a fixing part 3 connected to the fastening part 4 as a part to be screwed to the lower material of the ceiling. At the other end in the breadth direction of the panel bode 1, a vertical plate 7 is formed with a fastening piece 5 extending horizontally therefrom as a part to be locked with a fastening means of the adjoining panel body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting extruded shape which can be remarkably increased in rigidity without projecting from honeycomb panel surface plates and increasing in weight. SOLUTION: An extruded shape 20 is used to connect a honeycomb panel constructed by soldering a honeycomb core 3 between a pair of surface plates 1, 2. The extruded shape 20 has a base 21 joined to the ends of the surface plates and a projecting part 22 projected forward from the base 21 and mechanically connected to the honeycomb panels. The base 21 and the projecting part 22 are integrally formed by extrusion molding, with the base 21 having webs 24a, 24b which connect the first end positions 25a, 25b of the projecting part 22 to surface-plate-side end positions 25c, 25d on a honeycomb-core-side rear end web 23a. Further, webs 24c, 24d connecting the positions 25a, 25b to the center position 25e of the rear end web 23a are provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a folding plate made of aluminum material which can prevent the deformation due to thermal expansion and creaking sound and facilitates its construction. SOLUTION: A long folding plate 5 has an engaging part 5b in its upper end part, and this engaging part 5b is connected in its valley part 5c. A fixing metal fitting 2 is fixed on a top part 1b of a tight frame fixed on a beam by using a bolt 3, and a pair of support columns 2b having a first locking projection 2c on an inner face are erected on the fixing metal fitting 2. A connection joiner 4 is fitted in the fixing metal fitting to connect the folding plate 5 in the engaging part 5b. Moreover, the connection joiner 4 has a pair of inner locking bars 4b having a second locking projection 4c which is engaged with the first locking projection 2c and a pair of outer locking bars 4d which are arranged on an outer side thereof and fit the engaging part 5b of the folding plate 5 between the inner locking bar 4b and the outer locking bar 4d, and the second projection of the inner locking bar 4b is engaged with the first locking projection 2c of the fixing metal fitting to fix both locking bars so that the engaging part of the folding plate 5 is fitted between the inner locking bar and the outer locking bar.

By this method because the vicinity of junction planes is formed to be a circular groove, contamination on an electrode surface (d) can hardly occur when brazing or corrosion protecting treatment is applied, and falling-off of painting or the like also can hardly occur.

SOLUTION: The corrugated backing material 1, whose width is equal to the distance between the surface plates of the honeycomb panel, wherein the pitch of the corrugation is 0.5-2.5 mm, the height of the corrugation is 10-20 mm and the plate thickness is 0.3-1 m, is arranged so that the normal direction of the upper surface plate 11 and the lower surface plate 12 becomes parallel to the plate width direction of the backing material 1. And the backing material is sandwiched with honeycomb cores 13 between the end parts of a pair of honeycomb panels and welded/joined, whereby the weld bead 15 is obtained. Since the backing material 1 is cut before working unto the corrugation like this, the dimensional precision of the plate thickness is high. Also, the honeycomb panels are mutually and easily positioned by sandwiching the backing material 1 between honeycomb panels.

CONSTITUTION:A layer 2 of norbornene block polymerization product is set in a metal frame 1 with a frame of an L-shaped material 4 or a T-shaped material 5' using fixtures 6 including vises. An irregularity pattern 3 is formed on the surface of the layer 2 which contacts concrete. The corner of the molded product has a radius of 3-300mm and a draft angle of 2-80 deg., and the radius at the edge is 3-300mm. In this way, while a pattern is given on the surface contacting concrete, the product with a complex form can be produced easily with good dimensional accuracy. In the use, the good releasing property from concrete and durability of the mold make its repeated use possible.
