摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the stabilization period of the reclaimed ground by mixing the high-density dredged soil having a specified moisture content with cement and bubbles in a pipe, feeding the mixture to a reclamation site via the compressed air, temporarily storing it in a storage tank, then placing it on an underwater foundation bed. CONSTITUTION:Cement and bubbles having a viscosity of 500-5,000cps are added to the high-density dredged soil 1 having the moisture content of 90-250%, and they are mixed by an intra-pipe mixing device 8 to form the light mixed soil having the unit volume weight of 1.05-1.40tf/m . This mixed soil is fed to a storage tank 10 near a reclamation site by the compressed air 8, then it is placed on an underwater foundation bed 13. The excess water of the dredged soil is not required to be separated, and the adverse effect to the surrounding ground is reduced. The stabilization period of the reclaimed ground can be shortened.

CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic substance, e.g., cement, blast furnace granulated slag, lime stone, etc., and a thickener, e.g., cellulose ether, etc., are added to and mixed with soil 2, and the soil 2 so treated is directly charged into water by means of a barge 1. The soil 2' charged into water is made into agglomerates consisting of sand and fine sand to form a heaved portion 4 on the bottom 3 under water, thereby forming uniformly stabilized strong ground. The needs for improving the ground after reclamation can thus be eliminated, and the cost and period of the construction work can be curtailed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To place lightweight earth smoothly and efficiently by running off lightweight earth having specific weight per unit volume under water in the water areas partitioned with partition members having specific tensile strength and water permeable coefficient. CONSTITUTION:The front ends 6 of placement pipes 3 and 3' are buried in the water in the water areas A, A', B and B' partitioned with partition formed of woven fabric having tensile strength over 10kg/5cm and water permeable coefficient of 5X10 -1X10 cm/second or nonwoven fabric. After that, unsolidified lightweight earth consisting of earth and sand having 1.05-1.40t/m of weight per unit volume, cement, water and bubble is placed on the foundation C in the water while extracting the placement pipes 3 buried into the existing lightweight earth. The running-off operation is repeated by changing places successively, and the whole area of the foundation C in the partitioned water areas A, A', B and B' is covered with lumps 5 and 5' of lightweight earth to construct the filled ground. According to the constitution, the lightweight earth can be smoothly and efficiently placed on the foundation C in the bottom of the sea.

Excavation is effected down to a depth longer than a bore D of the excavated hole 6, and a cut groove 14 is formed along the construction joint part 11 by cutting a soft foreign matter layer 13, such as clay. A device A is pushed forward in the cut groove 14 as guide vanes 5 and 5' attached to a bit 2 are guided to form the excavated hole 6 with a given depth. Further, after the device A is pulled off, the excavated hole 6 is filled with a cut-off material.

SOLUTION: The coal ash containing 10-40% water is selected as a hydrate material and cement is selected as a solidifying material. A gravity type mixing cylinder 61 provided with partial falling obstacles (a collision damper 64 and a shearing damper 65) is used as a means to mix the materials with each other. Belt conveyers 51-53 are used as a means to transport each material to the upper part side of the gravity type mixing cylinder 61. The hydrate material and the solidifying material are loaded in this order on the belt conveyer 51 when each material is transported to the upper part side of the gravity type mixing cylinder 61 through the belt conveyers 51-53. Each material transported to the upper part side of the gravity type mixing cylinder 61 by the belt conveyers 51-53 falls down into the gravity type mixing cylinder 61 and comes into collision with the falling obstacles (the collision damper 64 and the shearing damper 65) in the gravity type mixing cylinder 61 to be mixed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight, high-fluid reinforcing soil containing high- viscous bubbles by a method in which air is blown into an aqueous solution containing soil, cement-based hardening material, water, a thickening agent, and an anionic surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A Kanto rome soil of a water content ratio of about 102% is mixed with a cement-based hardening material 10, with water, and they are sufficiently mixed together. An aqueous solution containing guayule gum and an anionic surfactant is introduced with compressed air into a foaming machine. The viscosity of the high-viscous bubbles formed is measured by using a B-type viscometer. The high-viscous bubbles are added to the mixture and mixed together to obtain a slurry of a specific gravity of about 0.91. A high- viscous, light-weight reinforcing soil having highly stable bubbles, high fluidity, and excellent pipe transportability can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove dioxins by carrying out two wet treating processes in series so that a combustion waste gas is brought into contact with an atomized liquid to condense dioxins into particles and the combustion waste gas is collided with a jet spray liquid to trap the dioxins in the combustion waste gas. SOLUTION: In the process of purifying a combustion waste gas containing dioxins which are produced in the period from when combustion of waste in an incineration furnace 11 is started till the combustion state is stabilized, first, dust is removed from the gas by a cyclone 12, and the gas is sucked through a gas flow tube 14 to a first wet treatment cylinder 15. A spray liquid is sprayed through a spray nozzle 23 to moisturize and cool the gas so that a part of satd. water vapor is condensed on dioxins as the core particle. Then the waste gas is introduced into a second treatment cylinder 17, where a jet spray liquid is sprayed through a spray nozzle 29. Thereby, the dioxins in a condensed particle state and hydrophilic state is trapped by beating and dropping in the jet spray liquid. Thus, the dioxin is removed.

CONSTITUTION:As for a chain cutter 1 for excavating ground, a cutter chain 6 is allowed to travel freely in ciruculation along each guide groove formed in recessed form on both the sides in the width direction of a cutter frame 2, by a sprocket 3 which is axially supported at both the edge parts in the longitudinal direction of the cutter frame 2. The gas foams B having a proper viscosity are sent from outside into a gap 10 formed between the cuter chain 6 and the guide groove 5. When the gap 10 is charged with the gas foams B having a proper viscosity, soil particles do not flow into the gap 10, and even if soil particles intrude, they are discharged, and also each friction between the cutter chain 6, guides 5a, 5b, and 5c is reduced by the lubricity applying effect of the gas fomas B, and the smooth long time operation of the chain cutter 1 is secured.
