摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a quality testing method and system of mixed treated earth, capable of measuring the content of cement or lime in the mixed treated earth easily and speedily by means of simple equipment. CONSTITUTION:A quality testing system 20 of mixed treated earth consists of a sampling device 21, a measuring device 22 and an arithmetic and control unit 23. Among them, the sampling device 21 is composed of a traveling rail and a sampling vessel part 26, and the samples gathered are delivered to a Dewar vessel 27 in the measuring device 22 which consists of a turntable 28 for horizontally shifting this Dewar vessel 27 and a first thermometer 30, a hydrochloric acid adding device 31 and a second thermometer 32 installed in order upwards this turntable. The arithmetic and control unit 23 operates all measured data out of the measuring device 22, and the result is applied to correlation between the content of premeasured cement and a temperature rise, whereby this cement content in mixed treated earth is found out, while system elements such as sampling, charging into the vessel, mass measurement, sample temperature measurement, hydrochloric acid temperature measurement or the like are controlled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of reclamation work by a method in which soil is mixed with a hydraulic substance, e.g., cement, etc., and then with a thickener to form agglomerates by combining the soil particles, and the agglomerates are directly charged into water. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic substance, e.g., cement, blast furnace granulated slag, lime stone, etc., and a thickener, e.g., cellulose ether, etc., are added to and mixed with soil 2, and the soil 2 so treated is directly charged into water by means of a barge 1. The soil 2' charged into water is made into agglomerates consisting of sand and fine sand to form a heaved portion 4 on the bottom 3 under water, thereby forming uniformly stabilized strong ground. The needs for improving the ground after reclamation can thus be eliminated, and the cost and period of the construction work can be curtailed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a testing apparatus which can simply and quickly measure content of cement or the like included in a soil collected at the spot. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus 1 has a memory (storing means), a third temperature sensor (detecting means) 9c and a CPU (operating means). When a hydrochloric acid 5 is added to a sample soil 7 collected at the spot, temperature of the soil 7 is increased due to a reaction heat, which is detected by the third temperature sensor 9c. The CPU detects the temppperature rise based on a temperature inside a tank which is detected by a second temperature sensor 9b and the temperature rise detected by the third temperature sensor, thereby obtaining a content of cement or the like included in the soil 7 with referring to a regression function (related data) stored in the memory.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compounding method of a solidification material by which an unconfined compressive strength taking a compaction energy into consideration, a cone index, an air space ratio, a coefficient of permeability, an effective cohesion, an effective angle of internal friction, etc. can be rationally set in relation to an addition rate of the solidification material in improved soil. SOLUTION: Specimens of an earth material and the solidification material compounded in different ratios are made, and a correlationship between the unconfined compressive strength and the addition rate of the solidification material is obtained. Each of the specimens which is raveled is compacted, and one or more of the cone index, the air space ratio, the coefficient of permeability, the effective cohesion and the effective angle of internal friction of each of the compacted specimens are obtained. The correlationship between the unconfined compressive strength and the compaction energy of each of the compacted specimens is also obtained. Referring to one or more of these, the unconfined compressive strength corresponding to the set compaction energy is selected from the correlationship between the unconfined compressive force and the compaction energy of the compacted specimens, and the addition rate of the solidification material corresponding to the confined compressive force is selected from the correlationship between the unconfined compressive force and the addition rate of the solidification material of the specimens. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and work impervious soil while easily and quickly measuring the amount of bentonite contained in earth mixed with bentonite and earth. SOLUTION: This is a method of work for forming impervious soil by laying and spreading a mixture of earth and bentonite. For the earth to be used in the impervious soil, electrical conductance when the amount of bentonite is changed is measured in advance and the calibration curve is determined. The electrical conductance of the mixed earth manufactured in a manufacturing plant is measured, and the amount of the bentonite determined from the calibration curve in the mixture is adjusted until the amount of bentonite in the mixed earth is stabilized to a set amount for manufacturing the impervious soil. This mixed earth manufactured under the control is applied to an impervious region, the electrical conductance of the mixed earth layer worked is measured, and the work for determining the amount of bentonite contained is performed periodically and the mixed earth is sequentially worked out to a layer shape while carrying out the quality control.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain uniform mixing and prevent plugging of a mixing part and damage to baffle members by composing a mixing device body of a cylinder body provided with collision slip-off plates inclining inward, at specified spaces, and providing baffle members inside the cylinder body. SOLUTION: A mixing device body 1 is provided as a cylinder body 106 between first and second belt conveyors of a continuous mixing treatment plant. The appropriate number of collision slip-off plates 2 are integrally provided in the cylinder body 106 along the inner periphery in the state of inclining toward the center of the inside. Charged material therefore slips down easily toward the center of the inside. Inside the cylinder body 106, flexible baffle members B3 are further fitted in a cantilever form to a fixed member installed at the inner peripheral wall of the cylinder body 106. The baffle members B3 are provided vertically at a suitable space in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder bode 106 and in such a way as to contain the collision slip-off plates 2 particularly at a part where baffle members B3, B3' are disposed in an intersecting state. Since the baffle members B3 are constantly vibrated, adhesion of solidifying material mixed earth or the like passing between the baffle members 3 is prevented so as to be able to mix sufficiently with efficiency.
