    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compounding method of a solidification material by which an unconfined compressive strength taking a compaction energy into consideration, a cone index, an air space ratio, a coefficient of permeability, an effective cohesion, an effective angle of internal friction, etc. can be rationally set in relation to an addition rate of the solidification material in improved soil. SOLUTION: Specimens of an earth material and the solidification material compounded in different ratios are made, and a correlationship between the unconfined compressive strength and the addition rate of the solidification material is obtained. Each of the specimens which is raveled is compacted, and one or more of the cone index, the air space ratio, the coefficient of permeability, the effective cohesion and the effective angle of internal friction of each of the compacted specimens are obtained. The correlationship between the unconfined compressive strength and the compaction energy of each of the compacted specimens is also obtained. Referring to one or more of these, the unconfined compressive strength corresponding to the set compaction energy is selected from the correlationship between the unconfined compressive force and the compaction energy of the compacted specimens, and the addition rate of the solidification material corresponding to the confined compressive force is selected from the correlationship between the unconfined compressive force and the addition rate of the solidification material of the specimens.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain uniform mixing and prevent plugging of a mixing part and damage to baffle members by composing a mixing device body of a cylinder body provided with collision slip-off plates inclining inward, at specified spaces, and providing baffle members inside the cylinder body. SOLUTION: A mixing device body 1 is provided as a cylinder body 106 between first and second belt conveyors of a continuous mixing treatment plant. The appropriate number of collision slip-off plates 2 are integrally provided in the cylinder body 106 along the inner periphery in the state of inclining toward the center of the inside. Charged material therefore slips down easily toward the center of the inside. Inside the cylinder body 106, flexible baffle members B3 are further fitted in a cantilever form to a fixed member installed at the inner peripheral wall of the cylinder body 106. The baffle members B3 are provided vertically at a suitable space in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder bode 106 and in such a way as to contain the collision slip-off plates 2 particularly at a part where baffle members B3, B3' are disposed in an intersecting state. Since the baffle members B3 are constantly vibrated, adhesion of solidifying material mixed earth or the like passing between the baffle members 3 is prevented so as to be able to mix sufficiently with efficiency.
