摘要： PURPOSE: To construct an electrically and magnetically insulated building by preventing the propagation of electric noises and the electromagnetic induction action in the building having a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: Nonmagnetic and electrically insulating reinforced plastic bars 12 are used to construct a building 11. Metal portions exposed to the outdoor such as window frames 14, doors 15, and handrails 16 are connected to grounding wires 18a, 18b of the first grounding system. Facility apparatuses 13 such as electric facilities and mechanical facilities are connected to grounding wires 18c of the second ground system independently provided separately from the first grounding system. The grounding wires 18a, 18b of the first grounding system or the lead wire 28 of a lightning rod is stored in a grounding system shaft 26 made of an insulating structural body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the deterioration of insulation properties on a large electrical structure accurately at all times. SOLUTION: Nonconductive FRP rods 12 are employed for reinforcing base concrete 13. A large electrical structure, i.e., a transformer 14 for RF heating furnace, is set on a base 11 constructed of the base concrete 13 and FRP rods 12 connected with anchor bolts 15. A measuring unit 17 is connected with the earth wire 16 of transformer 14 for RF heating furnace. The measuring unit 17 comprises a leakage current detector 19 for measuring a current flowing from the earth wire 16 to the earth electrode 18 thereof, and a potential detector 21 for measuring the ground potential at the joint 20 to transformer 14 for RF heating furnace on the earth wire 16.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electric shock accident by ensuring the soundness of ground system for electric facility in an insulated building employing reinforced plastic reinforcing rods. SOLUTION: A concrete building 11 employs nonmagnetic and nonconductive reinforced plastic reinforcing rods 12 in place of iron rods. The earth wire 24 of an electric facility 13 installed in the concrete building 11 is connected with a detector 25 comprising a current detector 27 for measuring the leakage current of electric facility 13, and a potential detector 28 for measuring the ground potential of electric facility 13. Detection results are outputted to a central supervisory section 32. The central supervisory section 32 analyzes the soundness of grounding in the electric facility 13 and takes a safety measure, e.g. delivers an alarm or interrupt the power supply to the electric facility 13, when the soundness of grounding deteriorates below a predetermined reference level.

摘要： PURPOSE:To adjust the height of a vibration exempting floor to the fixed height automatically by providing a driving means for adjusting the height position of an upper base into the fixed height position by an output signal from a detecting member for detecting the height position of the upper base. CONSTITUTION:When a heavy apparatus is placed on a vibration exempting floor 3, a spring 8 is compressed to lower the vibration exempting floor 3 and an upper base 7. A protruding piece 7a2 pushes the contact piece 9b1 of a shut- off valve 9b located below down to open the shut-off valve 9b. As a piston 10a in a hydraulic cylinder 10 is pressed downward by the feeding of operating oil, the upper base 7 ascends relatively together with the hydraulic cylinder 10. When the vibration exempting floor 3 ascends up to the position of height H, the pressing to the contact piece 9b1 by the protruding piece 7a2 is released, and the shut-off valve 9b is closed to stop the piston 10a. The height of the upper base can be thus automatically adjusted to the fixed height.

CONSTITUTION:A plurality of vibration isolating members 12 (121-12n) are interposed between the lower surface 1b of a main body 1a and the upper surface of a fixing recess portion 2b, for absorbing vibration generated in a vibration damper 1. Laminated rubber members 13, 14 are interposed between the side surfaces 1c, 1d of the main body 1a and the inner side walls of the fixing recess portion 2b, respectively. The laminated rubber members 13, 14 are adapted to transmit force in the direction of displacement of an additional mass 6 to the inner walls of the fixing recess portion 2b by the use of rigidity thereof, wherein relative displacement with respect to the fixing recess portion 2b can be allowed when the main body 1a is displaced vertically and vertical vibration can be absorbed by shearing force. Therefore, vibration of a vibrator can be damped, and vibration generated in a vibration damper can be prevented from being transmitted to the vibrator.

Furthermore, the additional mass body 10 is moved horizontally to suppress the vibration of the construction 1 by the driving means 10.
