摘要： The present invention features a method for preparing a PtCo nanocube catalyst, the method comprising dissolving a platinum (Pt) precursor, a cobalt (Co) precursor, a surface stabilizer and a reducing agent in a solvent to prepare a solution; heating the solution under an inert gas atmosphere; maintaining the temperature of the solution to obtain PtCo alloy nanocubes; adsorbing the PtCo alloy nanocubes on a carbon support to obtain a catalyst; and removing the surface stabilizer from the catalyst. The disclosed method for preparing a PtCo nanocube catalyst enables preparation of nanocubes with uniform size and cubic shape through a simple process and application for development of high-efficiency fuel cells by preventing change in shape, surface area and composition caused by agglomeration of the nanocubes.

摘要： An encryption method and apparatus in a conditional access system which interworks with a smart card to receive digital broadcasting are provided. A smart card interface acquires a random value rather than a fixed unique value, encrypts a key value with the random value, for communication with the smart card, and sends the encrypted key value and the random value to the smart card. Upon receipt of a response signal including descrambling information corresponding to the encrypted key value from the smart card, the smart card interface sends the descrambling information to a descrambler so that the descrambler can descramble scrambled broadcasting data. The random value can be the position information of a path with the highest energy, decided in a signal searcher of a terminal.

摘要： An apparatus controls battery power in a mobile terminal supporting digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) service. In the apparatus, first and second radio frequency (RF) signal processors respectively process DMB signals and call signals received through associated antennas. A DMB modem demodulates DMB signals output from the first RF signal processor. A voltage detector detects a voltage of the mobile terminal and disables the DMB modem if the detected voltage is less than or equal to a threshold.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for operating an exchange in order to support Network Address Translation (NAT) traversal in a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system are provided. In the method, when a setup request signal is received from a calling Internet phone, first mapping of an IP address and a User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port of the calling Internet phone to first embedded Media Proxy Solution (eMPS) IP address and UDP port is performed. A setup request of the calling Internet phone including the first eMPS IP address and UDP port information is relayed to a called Internet phone. A response signal including an IP address and an UDP port of the called Internet phone is received from the called Internet phone in response to the setup request. Second mapping of the IP address and UDP port of the called Internet phone to second eMPS address and UDP port is performed. A response signal including the second eMPS IP address and UDP port information is relayed to the calling Internet phone in response to the setup request.
