    • PURPOSE:To enable the prism assembly of good accuracy by providing the press device of the arrangement of material for forming a prism interposed between each column on the fixed column and moving column of one end part and other end side of a base frame in the orthogonal direction with a transfer line. CONSTITUTION:The arrangement of material 1 that a flange stock 1a, web stock 1b, 1c are pressed to a diaphragm 1d is carried into a prism assembly device along a reference position Y. The moving column 5 located on a base frame 3 is moved so that a pad 9 is located just the above of a material 1b by extending a cylinder 6, the arrangement of material 1 is interposed in the space with a fixed column 4 and the material 1b, 1c are positioned. Frames 8a, 8b are then descended by extending cylinders 7a, 7b, pads 9a, 9b are pressed downward by abutting to the upper end part of the material 1c, 1b respectively and the gap among the material 1b, 1c and 1a is eliminated. The upper and lower parts side cylinders 10a and 10b, 12a and 12b are extended to ensure the adhesion of the materials 1b, 1c to the material 1a and diaphragm 1d.

    • PURPOSE:To easily control the heavy material hoisting attitude by fitting a tensile type balance cylinder device, in which a pipeline provided with an opening/closing valve is connected between an upper and a lower oil pressure chambers, to a hoisting tool of plural cranes. CONSTITUTION:A partitioning wall 8 is arranged at an intermediate part inside of a cylinder 7 arranged in the vertical direction to partition the inside thereof into an upper and lower cylinder parts 7a, 7b. A balance piston 9 is incorporated in the upper cylinder part 7a freely to be slid in the vertical direction to partition the inside thereof into an upper oil pressure chamber 10 and a resetting gas compression chamber 11. Furthermore, a piston rod 6 is incorporated in the lower cylinder part 7b to partition a lower oil pressure chamber 12. On the other hand, a pipeline 13 provided with an opening/closing valve 14 is connected between the upper and the lower oil pressure chambers 10, 12 to form a tensile type balance cylinder device 5A. A hoisting tool 4 of a crane 2 is fitted to plural balance cylinder device 5A, and while a heavy material 1 is hoisted by each piston rod 6.

    • PURPOSE:To automate welding work of a reinforcing member on a steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:The automatic welding equipment is provided with a conveyor to convey the steel sheet 1 in the welding direction, a supporting member to support the reinforcing member 3 at the upper position thereof, a restraining machine 5 to position the reinforcing member 3 mounted on the steel sheet 1 from the supporting member and a welding torch 6. The restraining machine 5 is constituted of a guide plate 25 to support the side of the reinforcing member 3 along the longitudinal direction of the conveyor, a pressurizing machine 26 to press the reinforcing member 3 on the steel sheet 1 from above by a horizontal bar 30 and a pusher 35 to hold the reinforcing member 3 at the interval with the guide plate 25 by a horizontal pressing bar 36 and sliding members 37 are provided on the surfaces of the guide plate 25, the horizontal bar 30 and the pressing bar 36. Since the reinforcing bar 3 is guided and restrained by the guide plate 25 so that the deviation is not caused, positioning work can be carried out accurately and easily and the conveyance of the reinforcing member 3 is no obstructed even in the positioned state, hence work cam be carried out continuously.
